This was my fifth HexClad purchase they are worth the price. I havent used any of my All-Clad since buying them.

I’ve always wanted to try out the Hexclad brands and this pot definitely didn’t disappoint. I seasoned it as per the instructions and so far it’s been great, evenly distributed heat, holds heat, non-stick and easy to clean. My only issue is that I was hoping I’d be able to crank it up to high heat on the stove to get a good sear on meat but they advise against using it any anything higher than medium. So I have to sear in my cast iron and then transfer to the Hexclad in order to do stews and soups, so 2 pans to wash. We’ll see how it stands the rest of time but I am hopeful.

Huge family style pot- I was able to grill my chickennbreast without sticking then make my Alfredo rue and sauce all in one pan. It cooked evenly and cleaned very easily. Ive never had a pan with this type of hex film on it but iys wonderful. I love the white color and it is big enough to make a 9 person family meal with ease. Shipped fast, lid secures properly and it was packaged well!

I have cast iron pans and theyre so heavy. When i saw this hybrid I was intrigued. This pot is absolutely amazing. Its the best of all worlds. It heats and cleans like a dream. It does say its dishwasher safe, which might be nice in a pinch but if you plan on seasoning it then I would recommend against it. This pot is lightweight and gorgeous. You can use metal utensils in it which blew my mind. Im so tired of getting expensive pots that I have to replace every few years. This comes with a lifetime warranty and the brand is a very solid name. Highly, highly recommend.

I was apprehensive about purchasing this at first, as it didnt look silver. I wanted the size which isnt sold in any off brand so I bit the bullet and paid the 199 for it. It is actually silver, or that is what I received, which I prefer. I have another 7 qt Hexclad piece that is more of an everyday pan which I am very happy with. I also have other off brand pieces and an off brand set that I really like. Thus far they all perform equally and the off brand are actually prettier as they have designs. I purchased off brand sets for my son and daughter who really like them. Both sets were a different brand and perform equally. I added to their sets with different brand everyday pans and skillets, as I want to test as many of the different brands as possible. My daughter really loves them and has started cooking more as she says they make cooking more enjoyable : ). My son says his performs equally as well and likes the fact that they are nonstick and clean up quickly. Im getting rid of most of my other cookware, except for my cast iron, which is irreplaceable no matter what. I season the cookware everytime I use it, and use a generous amount of olive oil in all of my cooking, complimented with butter. Olive oil is very good for your health, no need to ration, there are no downsides to olive oil. Im really glad I discovered this new technology, in any brand.

This is a really great stock pot. If this hadn’t been up for review, there’s no way I could’ve purchased a $200 pot. When it arrived, the packaging was impressive. The lid and the pot are individually wrapped in a dust bag. The interior of the pot is really beautiful. It has laser etching, which is supposed to provide a nonstick surface allowing you to cook while using less oil, grease and butter. This pot consist of 3 layers. Stainless steel, aluminum, then another layer of steel that is diamond etched. This provides a durable, even heated non stick, no scratch pot. This pot is safe to use up to 500°. What I like most is that it is scratch resistant. Most of the pots I buy, after a year or two, I have to throw away because they have been scratched during washing or with cooking utensils. This pot says that you can clean it by scorching or using steel wool pads. Honestly, I can’t imagine taking steel wool to a $200 pot. If it’s truly nonstick, why would you need to use steel wool? Main important thing is to properly season before your first initial cooking. It’s simple to do. Bring your pot to a medium-low heat. Use 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Leave it on the heat for 2 to 3 minutes and that’s it. HexClad offers a lifetime warranty.

This has become my favorite kitchen cookware, as the heat distribution is perfect, so even searing roasts in it can get a perfect even char. It is heavy, so quite durable, and even after using consistently for several months has not rusted, fallen apart (the handles) or lost its non stick ability. You get what you pay for, and this is certainly evidence. Costly, but will last.

So far I like it. It still needs a little extra care, like a cast iron pot, but its relatively lightweight. Sharp looking. So far Ive made beef stew and macncheese in it. Both worked out great. Very sturdy feeling. Will be my go-to pot for a while I think. 5/5
