Howard Products BBB012 Cutting Board Oil, 12 oz

I read reviews on mineral oils for treating wood cutting boards . This was rated high . So I ordered it and am giving it a try . So far it’s ok !

Used previously snd it is a quick easy to apply ptoduct.I have had no long terms used with any boards I used it on. Also good shelf life.. I go keep it stored out of direct light.

My cabinets werent that dirty, so the oil worked well. My only complaint is everything stayed sticky. I wiped everything down with Murphy oil soap when done, but still sticky. Not sure why.

Used this product on some cutting boards my grandson and I made at Christmas. Works well

I had some bad cutting boards, i lightly sanded then back down, rinsed em and when fully dry i started soaking them in this stuff. What a difference. Now i just touch up as needed every month. All my cutting boards are better then ever! You dont need anything else but this stuff

I didnt know cutting board oil was actually a thing until I saw this. LOL It revived one of my old cutting boards to its original condition with a couple of coats and now I also use it on my other boards and wood utensils. Im going to try it on an old end table and see how that works. Definitely recommend.

A cutting board can dry out and also harbor bacteria. Cleaning a cutting board and then applying cutting board oil can prolong the life of your board. It also improves the looks of the board.
