So much better than my previous laptop. User friendly!

Loving this laptop so far! It was hard trying to find a laptop on Amazon that was within my budget range and new but I find the perfect one. Had it for a couple of months now and it works just fine. I recommend buying it.

I love this laptop, I can use it for editing, gaming, etc, the touch is really good, and is very easy to use it, it came with windows 10 s you can upgrade to windows 10 free so theres no problem, You can play gta v with no problem, and a lot of games with 30-50-60 fps csgo upto 70+fps, really like this laptop.

Shift keys stopped working and can turn on after sleep mode. Issues started fairly early.

Overall this is a pretty good laptop when it is working. But it often freezes up requiring a reboot. I have never had that problem with Intel processors. It also goes to Bing frequently, and I never use Bing. That is the fault of Microsoft. It came with Windows S, but I was able to disable that. I do not like this computer.

Lovely laptop!! Using it for school and it gets the job done.

I like the laptop. It is very nice and has a good picture. The only thing I didn’t like was the S mode but you can take that off.

I had and used this computer for almost a week. It does works great and very nice to type on as I am a touch typist (meaning I don’t need to look at the keys as I use the keyboard). The keys are nicely spaced apart even if it is just a 14 inches screen sized computer. I did not miss the other larger sized models as this is just fine for the type of activities I like to indulge in with a personal computer or other electronic devices.
