this computer is so easy to set up and doesnt heat up so I can place it on my legs while using..

I got this exact item 3 years ago and it is great, touchscreen and all. Then I bought 2 more for my family in the same year and I got one that is advertised as windows 11 on the box, doesnt have touchscreen and cant open the back part to upgrade it

I have had this computer for about two months. The screen turns black constantly, I have to restart the computer in order for me to continue using it. The camera on it doesn’t work... waste of money, go with a different brand!

This product is not a touchscreen device

Although the product is good overall, only concern is that it frequently shuts down when operating temperature gets high. Otherwise, you need to put it on top of a ventilated desk

I like the computer, put the speakers never worked. All that happens is ackackle sound when first turns on.
