Had a issue with the computer within the first 3 months and was told to contact HP. You cannot talk to anyone and the text chat with customer service was very difficult as the person I was talking to did not understand or speak English well. Had to send back my computer and it took longer than expected. Hopefully I will not have more issues

And it works like the day I bought it. For a quality computer relatively cheap I couldnt be happier. The touch screen is awesome too! Love this puter.

We have only had for a week, so not too much to say yet. Setup was quick and easy. Everything seems to function as expected

Good little laptop. I mostly use it to write novels and play The Sims 4. I have a lot of mods and it runs The Sims well. A good purchase overall

Battery came dead as a doornail. Ok, no problem. Charged it up, powered on straight to a CMOS error. Reboot solved the issue. Went through setup, and its Windows 11, not 10 as stated in the title. Windows 11 is the most invasive, anti-privacy operating system to ever be created to date. This is a well documented fact. One of the reasons I purchased this is because it says Windows 10. Ill have to now install another operating system on a brand new laptop. Waste of my time.

The setup was easy and I’m confident it will serve my needs well. I just got it so I will have to update this review as I use it.

Probably a great laptop, just not what I ordered. Returned
