love it but had to purchase Microsoft office

Thought it was bigger touch screen went out third month

My daughter needed a computer which allowed her to attend school remotely while accessing numerous tabs as part of her in class work; to draft and submit reports and PowerPoint presentations; and to attend study groups. This computer worked out nicely.

We’ve had this for one year. For months we’ve had problems with it shutting down even when it was charged and then it wouldn’t charge. In the beginning it was great. I’m so disappointed, we bought it for our daughter for first year in college and it’s been nothing but problems the last 4 months. We thought it would last for her college years. Who wants a laptop that’s good for only 6 months or so? I wish I knew which laptop was there best and most reliable.

Really good laptop. The keyboard is nice. Lightweight. Good screen.

I like the computer, put the speakers never worked. All that happens is ackackle sound when first turns on.

The build quality is kinda cheap for $320. But the the thing has plenty of power. Youll need to add a second stick of ram to enable dual channel memory (which boosts your framerate a lot). Linux works very well on it. Im running Kubuntu 19.04.

Purchased this after our previous HP stopped working after 6 years. I realized it was smaller - great for travel - it is light weight, another plus. The keyboard on this one is nice too (silver keys). However, that’s all I can list as pros.

Overall great laptop for portability, as it is light and thin. Touch screen is very reactive, and SSD is fast! Unit does not have a fingerprint reader as stated, but numerous other reviews had also stated that, so I was not expecting one.

I have two 2TB external hard drives so I dont need much storage. 128gb SSD fast enough.
