Pequeña, pero lo que necesitaba mi pequeño

The screen clarity is poor...power ok

This laptop has been used by adults only and never leaves the house. Only used about 2 hours a week max. The view others have of me on screen is the screen is turning yellow and flashing. I regret this purchase from March 2021.

I like the computer, put the speakers never worked. All that happens is ackackle sound when first turns on.

I need to replace the battery,its only charging up to 8%. According to the Diagnostic Battery Check its saying battery needs to be replaced.

I have only had this laptop for a year and the hard drive crashed. I lost everything I had on there. It was completely random. It doesn’t work at all now. Even when it was working the touch screen was iffy and didn’t always work. I would not trust this computer with important files.

So glad we got this instead of a Chromebook. This was for our 10 year old who needed something for online school. It’s compatible with our older peripherals, is fast and has great battery life so far.

Great budget laptop that works great. It features solid battery life, lightweight design, and has the look and feel of a computer that cost $500 or more.

Not much to say other than it showed a fatal hard drive error on the initial boot up. Now I get to have all the fun involved in returning it.

The basics of this computer are fine. Its not very powerful, but it does the job for email, web-browsing, simple games, etc. However, after less than six months the screen is detaching from the rest of the computer. Its not a heavily used computer. I contacted the seller and was simply told to reach out to HP, no other guidance.
