Amazing computer for the price, very lightweight, fast, and touchscreen!! My wife is a teacher and her previous laptop stopped working, so she needed one ASAP. This laptop has been great for her and she carries it everywhere she goes!

I bought the refurbished version, supposed to be the same model. This machine does not have an rj-45 port! I didn’t even turn it on. I checked the ports and packed it right back up! Ok. I’m gonna try again with a different machine. I’m annoyed!

I received the product with the alt key displaced and the shift and enter keys partially displaced. I also noticed that there is an abrasion below the shift and enter keys.

Too many things wrong with the Microsoft & HP experience to list here. The first app I tried to install gave me a system error and wont run on this laptop. Ive only owned this for two months and have barely used it. 3 days after the HP warranty expired, the sound went out in the computer. Software fixes with Microsoft tech didnt work, so I need to have the hardware checked by a local computer shop. I made a mistake buying this junk.

Runs smooth only issue is the memory if you need to store things or want to game your gonna need an external hd

I got this exact item 3 years ago and it is great, touchscreen and all. Then I bought 2 more for my family in the same year and I got one that is advertised as windows 11 on the box, doesnt have touchscreen and cant open the back part to upgrade it
