I am very pleased with my new HP monitor the size is just right for my office the picture quality is very good along with the sound. It was very easy to put together. One happy customer.

It thin and has a clear picture

Looks great, sounds great, and works like a dream! Got to use as a second monitor alongside my laptop and.. despite the latter being on the expensive side, sometimes this monitor just works/looks so much better. Was originally a bit hesitant due to the size and how much space it would take up, but Ive never looked back. Its so easy to read, doesnt give me any screen errors, and has just been the best impulse purchase Ive made in a long time. Really do recommend it, so far so good!

I was beyond excited for this package to arrive and oh man am i happy with it. it was so easy to set up, didn’t even need the instructions. the audio quality was a pleasant surprise as i wasn’t expecting very much of it but it turned out to be okay. screen looks fine. everything works great, i’m so happy to be able to play video games in my room! and i know in the picture i’m playing the sims which isn’t super good for testing its gaming capabilities but it worked just fine for rdr2 also lol

Screen is big bright and vibrant no problems as of yet. Sound quality is not bad depends on audio files or some content, rather use my speakers to amp up the sound but overall good monitor for the price.

Honestly the only reason im writing this review is to share how helpful the helpline was at well.... helping. Had this guy as a secondary display for about 2-3 weeks and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately today as i turned it on, the screen remained black and buttons stopped working. I switched the display type from HDMI to display port and it still didnt work. I updated my driver, and did about everything possible to trouble shoot it but it was simply unresponsive. After reaching out to the helpline, they immediately thought of other ways to trouble shoot it and even set up a video chat so they could visibly see the issue. After a few more attempts there was no luck, and the display was simply bricked. The part i appreciate is that the dude was not only very very helpful and chill, but they are sending me a new monitor immediately. That whole process, plus the fact that it does exactly what is expected when working is why i gave 5 stars.

It’s a fantastic monitor. I use it for work and it more than meets my expectations. The image quality is good for what I need but I could see a gamer wanting higher resolution and/or a higher quality monitor. It’s perfect for working from home.

This monitor was really easy to setup and has a really good picture! Very satisifed
