HP Chromebook 14-inch HD Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14a-na0020nr, Ceramic White)

Had this laptop for 6 months. I had a samsung chromebook before this. I never had WiFi issues with my last chromebook, but this one crashes everyday. Sometimes I cant be on zoom with video, a lot of times I cant stream movies smoothly, other times I cant even have multiple tabs open. Its so frustrating for working at home.

It gets the work done

Hello, I have been using my new computer since I received it and it continues to drop wifi connections. I loose connection to streaming music constantly and when on Zoom/Google calls I am continuously dropped out of them. It is the only device in my house that has this problem. Is there anything I can do to correct this issue or is this a manufacturer issue?

Good part of this laptop is the speed is really fast, which is worth the price, however the battery is not that powerful, I would say average, and with this chrome book, the bad thing about it is it can not handle heavy load of work, light to moderate.
