> 3 dayLooking at the reviews, one would think this HP Chromebook is...not ideal. However, it works as intended, it easily connected to my network (and others), you can easily do all the things Chromebooks are designed to do in a small and light laptop. Three family members regularly use it everywhere. I do not know why so many are having problems, but if you have any sense of technology you will not have a problem.

> 3 dayIve had this Chromebook for 6 months & its worked great for my needs - UNTIL now. It has all the sudden died & I received no warning of problems. I will try my luck with Tech Support but Im not getting my hopes up. I may have lost everything.

> 3 dayThis product died an untimely death within a year of receipt. No hard living - simply used for writing and occasionally streaming videos. It was good while it lasted - and the touchscreen was a nice feature - but ultimately, it succumbed to the black screen of death. We awoke one morning, and alas, this product did not.
