HP Chromebook 14-inch HD Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14a-na0020nr, Ceramic White)

Hello, I have been using my new computer since I received it and it continues to drop wifi connections. I loose connection to streaming music constantly and when on Zoom/Google calls I am continuously dropped out of them. It is the only device in my house that has this problem. Is there anything I can do to correct this issue or is this a manufacturer issue?

The charger stopped working after 3 months. 7 months later the entire computer stopped working, it wont even charge. I am not dumping anymore money into this piece of crap.

I like it! It does its job.

The g, h, apostrophe, and backspace keys on my laptop all have issues. Sometimes, they work perfectly. Other times, they dont. Sometimes, if I take off the keycap of one and put it back on, theyll all start working again. They seem to be tied together in the circuitry and I dont know what is causing them to fail or work together.

Very basic but easy to use.great quality.irs fast and its light.
