11-06-2025I don’t know which is more frustrating - trying to use a laptop with mouse pad buttons stuck or dealing with a seller that won’t stand behind their item. Wish I bought this item through a retail store. Lesson learned.

> 3 dayThe g, h, apostrophe, and backspace keys on my laptop all have issues. Sometimes, they work perfectly. Other times, they dont. Sometimes, if I take off the keycap of one and put it back on, theyll all start working again. They seem to be tied together in the circuitry and I dont know what is causing them to fail or work together.

Greater than one weekWorks well. Havent quite mastered the back-lit keyboard settings yet - seem to have it in a manual on-off mode at the moment, where it originally was set to automatically turn on when tapping the keyboard. Other than that, no issues and fast enough for video/web-based multimedia.

The touch screen and the back light keyboard was a plus , this laptop is beautiful and I couldnt be happier with my decision. I mostly use it for daily stuff, a small amount of work I will do on it, games, and social media. I love it.
