Bought the touchscreen and its not a touch screen

For the most part this is an all-around great laptop with phenomenal performance speed and is extremely reliable I get four out of five stars only reason being is that I had to purchase a mouse for it because the trackpad right click was not working it is a fixable problem that is going to cost about three dollars but still all around great laptop

A friend of mine ordered this computer it said it was supposed to be Teal and it is white can you tell me what happened???

This is our 6th or 7th Chromebook in our household over the last several years, and Im disappointed in this model. It feels cheap in every way. The trackpad/mouse button is already starting to stick. The screen resolution isnt great. Just overall, its a meh kind of a review. Im really worried about how long it will actually last. So, just make sure you have your expectations in check before buy. If you get it cheaply enough, and you expect it to be cheap feeling and acting, you may like it just fine. If you are expecting something nice and higher quality feeling, youll be disappointed.

Not happy...only 2 months old and it wont turn on or take a charge!!! Gonna cost me over $150 or more to get it fix...And customer service...What a joke!!!!!
