    I just ordered one of these b4 looking at the ratings. I just need it for web browsing. I am not tech savvy at all. Did I just waste my $$$. Should I cancel order now?

    Ive had this Chromebook for 6 months & its worked great for my needs - UNTIL now. It has all the sudden died & I received no warning of problems. I will try my luck with Tech Support but Im not getting my hopes up. I may have lost everything.

    Overall a great laptop. Love that the speakers are on top, screen quality seems pretty good and love the backlit keyboard. My only negative review would be the battery life isn’t what I expected. I had an Acer chromebook previously and in its prime had a much better battery life.

    For the most part this machine works well. However, the battery life is poor. And there are a few apps that dont work well. Facebook messenger will not work well at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Its not the app. I have no trouble with messenger on my phone. Other apps glitch occasionally. I would not recommend this product. But I guess I got what I paid for. I wont buy a HP product again.

    Camera is awful! THE CHARGING PORT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE COMPUTER IS BROKE IT WONT CHARGE. They must realize it happens because there is a port on the right side as well. YOU HAVE TO JIGGLE IT TO GET IT TO WORK> A AWFUL COMPUTER JUST HORRIBLE> MY 2ND HP never ever again!

    Got this laptop today and immediately when connecting to my internet, my entire household internet connection went down (all my devices including tv, other laptops) and continued to do this periodically throughout the day. Was very upset because I wanted to love this.
