HP Chromebook 14-inch HD Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14a-na0020nr, Ceramic White)

I bought this computer despite the amount of bad reviews stating connectivity issues but with over 5000 ratings and 4 1/2 stars I thought I would give it a chance and my god what a mistake!...it wont even stay connected to the internet for more than 10min but thats not the big issue the big issue is thus chromebook needs a big update but the update can complete and restarts because the chromebook constantly disconnects forcing me to restart the update.

I like everything about my laptop.

Its a Chromebook by HP. Enough said. Really though, buy it! Great for everything you need at home, work or school.

I love this laptop! It’s so lightweight. It reminds me of an android tablet with the set up but it’s still able to do everything a tablet can’t. Definitely worth the money

You will receive a refurbed junk model that isn’t even close to what you wanted. Stay away.

bought this for 10 yr old granddaughter who uses a chromebook at school and tho this one is newer, it was easy for her to figure out the set up! she LOVES the touchscreen! she likes plugging in her earbuds to it and jammin’ in her head! we’d buy it again!

Had an older model of this same tablet that I ruined by spilling coffee on it (argh!) so I knew what I was buying but this newer model has better speakers and a lighted keyboard. Highly recommend it for people like me who use it mostly for searching the web and reading email.

Keyboard light is white hard to see keys

warehouse stated all complete just packaging damaged. no power cord section from transformer to outlet.

I love everything about this chromebook, good quality and the backlight is great. But the battery does not last 13 or even 10 hours. I am getting approx 6 hours of batter life, which is disappointing.
