> 3 dayI am often plagued by buyers remorse--probably complicated because I have an aversion to returning. Making larger or longer term purchases always makes me anxious. I picked this out, on Prime Day, based on the reasonable price, the touch screen and the comparable specs and the mostly positive reviews. NO REGRETS. I love the keyboard, the touch screen is awesome, especially with onenote--I can take hand written notes (Im a therapist) on this thing and easily convert them to text, the battery life is reasonable, does everything I need it to. Im not into gaming, but this little guy is perfect for what I need. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayThe battery would Discharge quickly even when the laptop was shut down. I would fully charge it and shut it down and 2 days later turn it back on 30 to 40% of the charge was gun while, the laptop was shut down. Try to get the help From HP, They try to update my software, but they mess it up My softer and tok them 3 days to send me operating system. After few hours Reinstalling the software and updating steel I had the same problem with the battery. So he said that they going to send me a Box to send it to HP for repair. It took them another 3 days to send me a Box, After I packed the laptop and went to 3 different fedex finally realised that They didnt send me the shipping package. So I called Amazon And I explained what happened to me. Very nice representative tok care of my problem and sent me return label.

Greater than one weekI really like this laptop because of the touch screen. I had to replace my desktop but don’t really like the “mouse” on a laptop. The touch screen made it just right for me. I can finally do away with my bulky desktop. My only negative is the battery life. I don’t use it a lot but it has to be recharged every day. It uses battery even if it is not turned own. I would still purchase even knowing the battery issues, but then I am accustomed to a desktop that never needs charging.

Greater than one weekThis is a very good computer that would be an excellent choice for most people as it is fairly in the middle as far as price, speed and power are concerned. It is a good weight, noticeably lighter than my high-end laptop. This has all the connections I could want in an everyday computer, including one HDMI 1.4 port, two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, and a media card reader.

> 3 dayIts a great laptop so far. Though Ive hardly used it. My main problem is that they gave me the wrong one. I was given the 512 GB when I bought the 1 TB. I compared their CPUs online (they are different) and it comes up that the one I got instead is voted 3% better. Itll do as Im not that upset about it, but I wanted a TB of space specifically so I had enough storage for the projects I will work on. It is a very nice laptop however.
