Greater than one weekThis computer runs as poorly as the one I bought a few years before for less than a third of the cost of this one. Very disappointed

> 3 dayThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

> 3 dayGreat laptop! I gave it 4 stars because it says the keyboard has backlight which it does not.

> 3 dayNot good quality. Maybe I got a lemon. Too many glitches. Kept freezing and programs wouldnt load. I had to perform a PC reset twice and still didnt fix issues. I have an older Intel Core I5 that runs faster than this laptop. Touchscreen was great but overall not a good product.

Greater than one weekI’ve been buying HP computers for many years. I usually have them custom built, but this time, I took a Prime Day deal that was too good to pass up. Once I got everything set up, the computer is exactly right for me in every way except the built-in mouse. There’s plenty of storage/memory, the touchscreen works well, graphics look sharp, the screen is just the right size, and I love the 360 convertible feature. I don’t use the tablet mode often yet, but it makes watching videos and playing online games easier. It was easy to set up my preferences for what to do when I turn the lid in different directions. The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. The power button is on the side, which can be inconvenient. I have unintentionally put my computer in sleep mode a couple of times by picking up the laptop and inadvertently pressing that button. I have changed the setup so that nothing happens when I hit the power button.

> 3 dayThis HP Pavilion definitely isnt the lightest option out there, but its a really nice combination of price and functionality. We mainly use it as a tablet for our two elementary schoolers for school work and sometimes videos and its worked perfectly for both those functions. Its sturdy enough that its survived being dropped a couple of times, and the overall construction is nice and sturdy. Battery life again isnt the best out there, but its solid for the price point -- ranges from 6 to 9 hours depending on whether its video vs general web browsing, and it does a 50% charge in 45 minutes which is handy when were traveling an plugging in briefly during an airport layover. All around a really nice option for either a kids primary laptop, or a solid adult travel laptop.

> 3 dayWe bought this for our son. His previous laptop was in dire need of replacing. This works great. Apps load fast, switching between them is fast and smooth. Boot time is very fast. The flip screen is great for his use. In fact, my wife is jealous of it and looking forward to her next upgrade.
