> 3 dayI specifically ordered this because it promised windows 10 but it came with windows 11 installed and no backdown ability to windows 10. I tried it to see if I could keep it but windows 11 is horrid. It doesnt let us do simple things like download something directly to the desktop and it has encrypted stuff so that we cant use our external hard drives for backup because they arent encrypted. I hate to lose all the work I did moving my files to this PC but I have decided that the future with this PC would be horrendous. I am resetting it and returning it.

> 3 dayGreat laptop it was very easy to setup and is very light and convenient. The only thing that bothered me was the mouse pad because if you barley tap on it, it starts to mess with screen and changes where I was at so just gotta be light with it. This was my first ever laptop purchase and I’m very pleased with it. Thanks

> 3 dayOrdered the computer on March 12, 2021 and after only a few months the keyboard is all messed up. I can’t copy and paste with the shortcut functions and I can’t use shift to make Capitol letters on the right side of the keyboard. I spent four hours researching online how to fix this and none of the solutions work. For obvious reasons the keyboard shortcut functions are extremely important and I am not happy that they don’t work after only owning the computer for a few months.

> 3 dayReally disappointed it specifically advertises a Backlot keyboard, and the keyboard is NOT back-lit. I have poor vision and I needed that.

11-06-2025I am often plagued by buyers remorse--probably complicated because I have an aversion to returning. Making larger or longer term purchases always makes me anxious. I picked this out, on Prime Day, based on the reasonable price, the touch screen and the comparable specs and the mostly positive reviews. NO REGRETS. I love the keyboard, the touch screen is awesome, especially with onenote--I can take hand written notes (Im a therapist) on this thing and easily convert them to text, the battery life is reasonable, does everything I need it to. Im not into gaming, but this little guy is perfect for what I need. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI’ve been buying HP computers for many years. I usually have them custom built, but this time, I took a Prime Day deal that was too good to pass up. Once I got everything set up, the computer is exactly right for me in every way except the built-in mouse. There’s plenty of storage/memory, the touchscreen works well, graphics look sharp, the screen is just the right size, and I love the 360 convertible feature. I don’t use the tablet mode often yet, but it makes watching videos and playing online games easier. It was easy to set up my preferences for what to do when I turn the lid in different directions. The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. The power button is on the side, which can be inconvenient. I have unintentionally put my computer in sleep mode a couple of times by picking up the laptop and inadvertently pressing that button. I have changed the setup so that nothing happens when I hit the power button.
