> 3 dayThis HP laptop gives you a lot of bang for the buck. The lightweight, convertible laptop with flat keyboard boots up quickly and sets up quickly. Using my Microsoft account I was able to have all of my software up and running in no time. The screen resolution is beautiful, I watched Netflix with no blurring. The sound was decent, certainly not stellar for music, but more than acceptable for movies and videos. I love how thin the laptop is but it still feels very sturdy. I already had a pen that I used on an older HP and it works very well with my new laptop, I love being able to take notes and then attach them to an email for distribution. While not a powerhouse laptop for gaming, this is a perfect home or school laptop!

> 3 dayI really wish there was a way to find out if you could purchase a warranty with this or if it already comes with one

> 3 dayI love this laptop!! Great value, very fast, and is very easy to set up. As a teacher, I am using it for distance learning. I love the touchscreen. After my MacBook decided to quit on me I was in the market for an affordable but sturdy laptop. This has exceeded my expectations! It took a little bit to get used to Windows again but it wasnt rocket science, thank God.

> 3 dayI really like this laptop because of the touch screen. I had to replace my desktop but don’t really like the “mouse” on a laptop. The touch screen made it just right for me. I can finally do away with my bulky desktop. My only negative is the battery life. I don’t use it a lot but it has to be recharged every day. It uses battery even if it is not turned own. I would still purchase even knowing the battery issues, but then I am accustomed to a desktop that never needs charging.

Greater than one weekGreat computer, has lasted a long time, is super durable (Ive had it in my backpack for a couple of years and take it everywhere, so it gets thrown around a fair amount, my backpack isnt waterproof nor does it have as much padding as Id like for the laptop holder, but its gotten soaked several times and slammed around for years), honestly Im shocked it still works (I definitely thought it would have water damage or be glitchy, but its still kicking), love the touch screen, and being able to fold the screen back which is great for watching videos, pretty great for multi tasking. Only complaint is the battery life isnt that great, but honestly no laptops battery lasts nearly long enough and most Ive had died faster (when new and after awhile needed to be plugged in almost constantly). This is my longest lasting laptop

> 3 dayReally like my laptop. Perfect for work. Battery lasts long enough for me. The only thing is… I really wish the keyboard lit up but I guess that’s my bad for not making sure of that before I purchased. Other than that , I’m happy with my purchase. EDIT - it’s literally been one year since I purchased this laptop and it’s already malfunctioning. I barely use this laptop and it’s already messing up. The touchscreen has stopped working and now I cannot complete tasks I need to because of this. It’s been one year!!

> 3 dayAfter two weeks of use, I like the feel and action of the keyboard and that it is lighted. Everyday light computing will not tax this machine but I am not sure how it would be for gaming or intensive graphic manipulation. Battery life is less than 3-4 hours of light computing. Im not sure Ill keep this machine, mostly because of the battery life and feeling unsure of whether it truly has DDR 4 ram.

24-11-2024I gave it a 3 star for gaming because I do not use it for that purpose. If you are expecting to use it as an iPad for reading a newspaper I do not like it. But it is fast, operates smoothly, and is worth every cent!
