Greater than one weekBought it for online courses for my high school daughter and she loves it. No issues and it runs fast with no glitches or stops. Really happy with the purchase.

Greater than one weekThis is a very good computer that would be an excellent choice for most people as it is fairly in the middle as far as price, speed and power are concerned. It is a good weight, noticeably lighter than my high-end laptop. This has all the connections I could want in an everyday computer, including one HDMI 1.4 port, two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, and a media card reader.

19-11-2024As a college student I’m pretty dependent on a laptop for my work. This is my second HP laptop and I will not be buying another one. It can’t be off the charger for more than a couple hours of use and it freezes a lot. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it occasionally can’t do an update and then I have to wait for the changes to be undone. I would not recommend one to anyone.

> 3 dayGreat computer, has lasted a long time, is super durable (Ive had it in my backpack for a couple of years and take it everywhere, so it gets thrown around a fair amount, my backpack isnt waterproof nor does it have as much padding as Id like for the laptop holder, but its gotten soaked several times and slammed around for years), honestly Im shocked it still works (I definitely thought it would have water damage or be glitchy, but its still kicking), love the touch screen, and being able to fold the screen back which is great for watching videos, pretty great for multi tasking. Only complaint is the battery life isnt that great, but honestly no laptops battery lasts nearly long enough and most Ive had died faster (when new and after awhile needed to be plugged in almost constantly). This is my longest lasting laptop

> 3 dayThese work fine for a good 1 1/2 years. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. Seriously, if you don’t want to deal with the slowness buy an HP Elitebook. It costs more money but you get what you pay for. I know this because my work computer is an Elitebook and has no hiccups. I’ve had it for 4 years. I turn it on and I’m up and running in 2 minutes. I will never buy another Pavilion again. Never.

> 3 dayGreat machine. Advertising was misleading in that it indicated a terabyte SSD drive. Needless to say, we did not receive computers with terabyte drives.
