> 3 dayIve had this laptop for about a month and really enjoy it. I also have an HP laptop for work which performs quite well, so I feel I have a good side-by-side comparison. The bottom line is this is a great laptop for this price point.

> 3 dayAs a college student I’m pretty dependent on a laptop for my work. This is my second HP laptop and I will not be buying another one. It can’t be off the charger for more than a couple hours of use and it freezes a lot. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it occasionally can’t do an update and then I have to wait for the changes to be undone. I would not recommend one to anyone.

> 3 dayThis laptop starts up in about 10 seconds and is ready to use, and only takes a few seconds to shut down. I was able to easily customize Windows 10 for my own preferences, and to delete the apps I didnt want. I didn’t connect to the internet until I was able to review the system. It gives you the option of creating a Microsoft account if desired.

06-06-2025I am often plagued by buyers remorse--probably complicated because I have an aversion to returning. Making larger or longer term purchases always makes me anxious. I picked this out, on Prime Day, based on the reasonable price, the touch screen and the comparable specs and the mostly positive reviews. NO REGRETS. I love the keyboard, the touch screen is awesome, especially with onenote--I can take hand written notes (Im a therapist) on this thing and easily convert them to text, the battery life is reasonable, does everything I need it to. Im not into gaming, but this little guy is perfect for what I need. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayThe battery life leans more toward the lower end of the manufacturers estimate. The computer is slightly cumbersome when using as a tablet, but I love the large size of everything. For laptop function, I do a lot of work in Microsoft word and I love the feel of the keys. They are easy to press and the spacing is perfect. The touch screen is a pleasant feature, though Im still adjusting to being able to reach up and touch something as opposed to having to drag the mouse around. It doesnt work well with every function, so Im glad it has a good built-in mouse. The only downside is that the

> 3 dayWe bought this for our son. His previous laptop was in dire need of replacing. This works great. Apps load fast, switching between them is fast and smooth. Boot time is very fast. The flip screen is great for his use. In fact, my wife is jealous of it and looking forward to her next upgrade.
