Whenever my computer slows down, I know it needs a good clean out. In about five minutes sister Mechanic does that for me. Love it!

For three months Ive been trying to get help from Iolo support as System Mechanic 11 freezes my computer requiring me to hold the power button down as my computer wont shut down the normal way. They have not been able to figure out a solution, and will no longer respond to my requests for help. Stay away from Iolo products!!

Olde version...disc ddnt work. Had to contact Iola technologies, who sent me a link to activate. Id key was good though. After installing, did not noticeany appreciable difference in my laptop. Im running OS (Windows 7) and it still runs slow! Getting some issues regarding shockwave plug in taking too long and other similar issues! Was hoping that this product would clear it up

I got this with my new pc a year and half ago and it was doing great until recently. As of version 11.7.1 and now, version 12.0, it produces a popup error that for some reason they arent able to resolve. Ive spoken to the iolo tech support which has some of the laziest people Ive ever dealt with working for them. Their sole answer for everything is to uninstall & reinstall; no matter how many times youve done that already. They said the issue would be resolved with version 12 but that hasnt happened so I cant recommend this product. Im very disappointed as this program has done a lot of good over the time Ive owned it but with their last two releases I cant say that anymore.

Installing System Mechanic Professional destroyed my computer. It corrupted my registry. It deleted all my Windows 7 restore points. I was unable to access any of my files. Even though IOLO customer service acknowledged their software was responsible for rendering my computer useless, they claimed they have a clause in their license agreement that holds them harmless for any damage caused by their software. They refused to pay the $120 it cost me to have Tiger Direct format my hard drives. All my files were lost. I had two mirrored hard drives mirrored with RAID 1. Both drives were rendered useless.

Iolo will lure you into believing you have purchased a computer maintenance package that you can use for a one year term when it actually will begin billing your credit card monthly. I totally did not expect this! It also opens your computer and email up to a barrage of offers for additional services not included in the original package. Im very very disappointed in the ethics of this company and will never associate with them again.

When I received the software and tried to install it there appeared to be nothing on the disk. I tried it in 3 other computers that I own and got the same results and one of the computers is only 4 or 5 months old. I contacted the vendor and he said I would need to contact System Mechanic. He did suggest that I just down load the software from System Mechanic and us the installation code that was printed on the box. The reason I purchased the software disk was to have it as a back up if my hard drive failed.

I don’t like it the products was fake

Runtime errors trying to install. Then when I tried to get help with customer care on the website, no luck. I will chalk this purchase up as foolishness on my part.
