> 3 dayThis software should be classified as scare ware; I used to work for their premium partner and and they do things I thought could get me in legal trouble- when you call in for support because a mystery update has disabled your computer they will try to pass you to a Premium Support Partner who will swear it is viruses causing the problem when the program itself is the problem. It changes registry permissions such that only the Premium Support Partners will know how to fix it. You figure out the rest. And it is only randomly selected customers that get the mystery update.

> 3 dayFirst, it will not defrag a SSD which is surprising now days. Second, I had a print spooler registry issue I was hoping System Mechanic would fix and it didnt help at all. Third, customer service is no help. I didnt ask for a return but asked them to transfer my one year subscription to one of their long time customers and they wouldnt do it. The software is no good to me.

> 3 dayI had to remember to take out the cd after installing it before I restarted computer. My computer had been a mess so it took hrs for it to optimize the hard drive so I left it on overnight and darn if Windows update didnt happen to download the latest updates at the same time and it restarted my computer so I had to start all over again. However once it finally optimized the hard drive and I understood how to use the features and got it going the computer is now running much smoother and I dont have to buy a new computer. I think it is a super product.

> 3 dayCustomer loyalty is very impressive with the discounts offered, I had bought system mechanics at OfficeMax on sale for 29.95 because my SystemSuite had already been used on 5 computers(actually all the same one, just 5 re-installations after system failure), and the unlimited CPU installation was a huge buying factor for me, as well as the product looked superior..and it is.The updated driver search is a plus, the software redundancies feature as well as the duplicate file cleaner, and the memory deep defrag are my favorites. If the Pro Version is ever offered as an upgrade I would buy in a heartbeat, it was my family, but not having included anti-virus or anti-malware software was a bummer, also if there were any complaints I had about System Mechanics would be that although I put them as a plus, Ive had about 3 versions of Nero as well as two other DVD burner programs and software redundancies has never listed them in the search, the dulicate file searcher while it does work, its interface is poor and deleting duplicates is a very tedious way of execution compared to even free duplicate cleaners. Also my laptop running win 7 ultimate 64 with 3gb ram will always hit the blue screen of death if I ever run the program accelorator/ turn off unsused programs, yet on my desktop running xp sp3 64 with also 3gb ram will react just fine to that feature. All in all I give your product a 9.5/10 or 4 and 1/2 out of 5 stars. I havent tried too many optimizers maybe 4 total and yours reigns supreme. If only I had the professional version Id be set. Since I paid $30 in store, and then $15 right now, and that the pro is $60 in the store, if you offered it for an addition $30 as a loyalty promotion I would pay it. Just one customers suggestion. Otherwise great product. Thanks!
