All it did was slow down my computer.

My computer was so sluggish that it seem to take forever for my pages to load. Some would time out cause it took so long. But since day one of installing iolo on my computer, I was amazed how much faster everything I needed or wanted to do was! It cleaned out all the junk that was slowing my computer down and it was so easy to install and use!Best decision I have made!!!

I purchased this directly from Dell, I put a customer service ticket in and was told I would get a response in 24 hours. It has been over 13 days. No response. Trying to call support and you are left on a dead line for over an hour. Had to give up. Without support, any software package is useless. Sorry I purchased this, it seems to run good but when you have a problem your out of luck.

Didn’t fix all problems

I got this with my new pc a year and half ago and it was doing great until recently. As of version 11.7.1 and now, version 12.0, it produces a popup error that for some reason they arent able to resolve. Ive spoken to the iolo tech support which has some of the laziest people Ive ever dealt with working for them. Their sole answer for everything is to uninstall & reinstall; no matter how many times youve done that already. They said the issue would be resolved with version 12 but that hasnt happened so I cant recommend this product. Im very disappointed as this program has done a lot of good over the time Ive owned it but with their last two releases I cant say that anymore.

I don’t like it the products was fake

I had one before...But this one needs to be repurchased every year......Rip Off!

Ive used this product on and off for years. Now, day after day, multiple times, it brings up (on your home screen) upgrade offers, extend your subscription, etc. I had six months left on my subscription, canceled this annoying spam. Ive had customers who installed it, refunded their money out of my own pocket and removed this software.
