> 3 dayShippingPrinter instructions video is misleading. The video does not show all the steps. It shows printing a pdf file from your phone. But it takes much work to create correctly formatted pfd label file. eBay makes pdf with label and instructions on one page. You would need to crop eBay to have only the label and you need to orient it correctly. Other printers have software to do all the work for you but this printer makes you do the most of the hard work. It takes me less time to print the whole eBay label page on paper, cut the label and tape it on a package than using this printer. Considering to return.

> 3 dayA GREAT INVESTMENT. I’ve been running an Etsy store for the past 6 months and although I loved getting orders, it was always a hassle to print shipping labels bc I had to tape them by hand. I finally caved and bought this hoping to make life easier and IT HAS BEEN AMAZING. It seriously has saved so much time and it is soooo satisfying to use. The print quality is about an 8/10 which is perfectly adequate for me. Everything is legible and clean. I would definitely recommend!!!

> 3 dayI ordered this for printing labels from pirate ship. I could not set it up (im not tech savvy) called the 800# in the manual a real person answered right away & walked me through the set up. Customer service rep was very helpful & very pleasant. I would recommend this printer.

Greater than one weekAfter 2 months of ordering this printer , it started to get trouble . It shows up an error and I have to restart the computer for works again and I loose time doing that. The problem isn’t on my computer. I’ve checked it. I tried to reinstate the printer drive and I still getting this error, using with cable and with Bluetooth.
