Called customer disservice 800 number, was told to leave a voicemail so they can call me back at an inconvenient time for me. Impossible to complete installation process. Returning this piece of junk.

Greater than one weekDo not, I repeat…DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM. Followed all instructions for installation on MAC. DOES NOT WORK!!! Do not waste your time. Installation is more complicated than it should be!! Never again!

Greater than one weekDespite ordering the Bluetooth version and the label on the device showing the Bluetooth model, it did not have Bluetooth no matter how I tried to get it to work. I was able to get it to print via USB but the print quality was nothing short of trash. The app was awful anyway and would make every print a challenge. Maybe youll get lucky and get it to work but Id skip it.

> 3 dayI havent had ANY problem with print quality or setup. My only complaint is that sometimes it prints the wrong direction. It seems to dislike printing from a browser, specifically. Otherwise, Im very happy with it.
