26-11-2024I will say this printer is my second one due toy first one was just a hook up to my laptop which I love it. I had that first one a month and seen that I could get another for a few dollars more for the Bluetooth and I will say its the best. Now I can print all my labels from the comfort of my cellphone

Called customer disservice 800 number, was told to leave a voicemail so they can call me back at an inconvenient time for me. Impossible to complete installation process.
