I read the tech details for a dozen label printers. This one claimed to work easily with iPads and iPhones. I could not get the printer to connect. Disappointed.

It is very fast and easy to install. The only issue I had was with the sizing coming out correct. This was not an issue with the printer itself, but changing the settings within ebay. I have not has any issues and glad I purchased it

Ordered this printer to print a handful of labels on a daily basis. I usually print from my iPhone since it’s more efficient and hence the reason for getting this printer. To print a shipping label you would need to save the label from wherever you are printing, open the printing app, connect printer if it’s disconnected, open the label pdf in the app, crop it, change label orientation, confirm your changed, then print….Zzzz imagine you wanna do this for many labels??? The print quality is ok and what I expected from this range of price. I didn’t bother connecting to my computer because I wanted a Bluetooth printer that prints from my phone. Unfortunately I will be returning it asap. I have found another pink printer here on amazon where you can open the pdf file and immediately crop and print. I would like these printers to have a software that can do all the cropping work, but for now I have to live with it.

While open I saw box is not strong, just put type. I thought used. After I open for setup, it has scratches and fingers print, this is used, I paid for new price.

Very easy to print a shipping label, it’s perfect for small business

Well lets say it works when wants to until now it will not work.From the start I would have to mess with it for 10 minutes just to get one label printed now it wont even work at all.called customer service waited 15 minutes then they said leave a message so I did and nothing not a call back or nothing.JUNK !!!!

I was skeptical. Ive used it for a couple of months now. I love it. Set up quickly with my MacBook Pro. No problems; it works every time seamlessly. Im kicking myself for not getting one sooner -- printing sheets on my regular printer was a DRAG. This machine has simplified my shipping process. I recommend this brand and will consider JADENS when Im in the market for another product.

Easy and perfect

After a painful 2 hour process and multiple people trying to get this Bluetooth to work, it simply did not once connect to the phone… in fact it wouldn’t even show a connection was available. Junk returning

The driver-USB has a tight fit and was very difficult to push in and pull out of the USB port. I did not have any issues with the USB cable that connects the printer directly to my laptop. The instruction manual has low print quality—the words and examples are small and difficult to read there weren’t any instructions in the book or on their website for mobile wireless connection the QR code was useless. To print using Bluetooth you have to use an app
