> 3 dayShippingPrinter instructions video is misleading. The video does not show all the steps. It shows printing a pdf file from your phone. But it takes much work to create correctly formatted pfd label file. eBay makes pdf with label and instructions on one page. You would need to crop eBay to have only the label and you need to orient it correctly. Other printers have software to do all the work for you but this printer makes you do the most of the hard work. It takes me less time to print the whole eBay label page on paper, cut the label and tape it on a package than using this printer. Considering to return.

> 3 dayI was able to actually setup the printer, install the driver, and print a perfectly formatted label in less than 5 minutes. Last label printer I had was not even close to being able to print a perfect label after an hour of struggling with it.
