20-11-2024This is my favorite bedding for my bird cages. The birds love to run around on it and play with it. It doesnt absorb poop very well but it does protect the floor of the cage.

> 3 dayThis is my absolute favorite bedding for my winter white hybrid hamster and my two gerbils. I usually toss in some Carefresh as well as some Kaytee Aspen in the bottom, but for the bulk of it I like the Clean & Cozy and my rodents do too. Its a lot more cost-effective than Carefresh -- this expands a LOT more. I find it to be virtually dust-free. It holds shape really well for my gerbils tunnels. When I had rats I used this for digging baskets as well (most of the cage was fleece). One bag lasts me a long time, and Ive got a 20L for the gerbils with a topper and I pretty much fill the bottom, as well as a 40G for the hamster. As long as I have rodents Ill buy this.

> 3 dayAs someone whos just started raising a hamster again after half a decade of my last one (RIP Yogi, you old fart), I was nervous about buying this bedding as reviews lately have been hit or miss, but hamster owners with experience still recommended this bedding highly so I took the gamble to try to buy it on a good day and got two 50 liter bags (Technically 49.2 but ya know, semantics), since this time I want to give my hamster the best I can get. It came out great, the packaging was secure, the bedding was soft and fluffy after fluffing it up out of the bag, and thankfully no big dust issues have arisen, which is extra great because I am very allergic to dust. Ive only sneezed once while setting my new hamsters (I got him almost a week ago as of writing this) cage up but I expected that given the type of bedding this is and it was only when I was trying to unpack it from the bag. My dwarf hamster has been burrowing under it (a good 6 inches of it) constantly and even has a frequent one he goes to in his cages corner because it holds them better than Carefresh since that brand is denser than this one. Not only that, it doesnt smell, Ive not had any odor come out of my new hamsters cage. Maybe its too soon to tell, but I think its still a good sign, I doubt itll be hard to spot clean since hamsters dont make big messes. The only problem I have with it is because it is a really expanding fluffy bedding, it is deceiving when you try to fill a 6 inch pan to the near top with it, since the hamster walking around it will flatten it over time due to its lack of density. I recommend adding a different substrate to it to help lessen that, Aspen is great. Thats not much of an issue but rather just a fault of what the product is made out of material-wise but its not too big a deal to be a detriment. Despite the gamble that is seen in the reviews, this bedding is still recommended for hamsters and for good reason. Its soft, fluffy, safe for them to burrow in since its just paper, great for burrows at that, and although the dustiness has been stated to have risen over the products lifespan, its also been stated to be not as dusty as Carefresh would be which is why I chose this brand over that one. Lesser of the two evils in that regard, but I say get this for your hamsters nonetheless because the pros outweigh the cons when you get a good bag.

Greater than one weekThis is my absolute favorite type of bedding for my guinea pig. Ive had two guinea pigs so far and this is my second one. And she is a little handful. He must b be breaking the worlds record by urinating and pooping. This is such a thick consistency that I dont have to worry about changing it out daily. I do recommend that you spot check to get the dirty spots out so you dont have a smell. But this covers the odor it protects the cage as well as absorbing the waste from your pet. Ive never used it on anything except my guinea pigs; but it has come recommended to me by the many people and I highly recommend it. And if I was a guinea pig I certainly would like to have that in my cage very soft and fluffy.

> 3 daySo I got this thinking it looked about the same size as the bigger bag of bedding I normally get for my hamsters enclosure which is about 100 liters. Comparatively it ended up being smaller than the larger bag I normally get from PetCo or PetSmart so I was a little bit concerned but then it ended up filling the cage enough that I could fill the bottom entirely and give my hamster two sides walls of bedding that he could burrow through. It has a very subtle scent that was more akin to what you might expect from the fresh scent candles and its extremely fluffy and a nice texture. Definitely plan on getting more of this in the future.

> 3 dayThis product works really well for our rats. It’s unscented but very absorbent.

> 3 dayBest price than any other place. Worth buying. I tried buying bedding for my Guanine pig and felt expensive in pets store, found this is the cheapest in price and highest in quality than any other place. Quantity is huge, it last at least fir 15-20 bedding.

> 3 dayI should have listen to the reviews. I found a I 1 inch sized sharp plastic. Luckily I was only putting small handfuls at a time and not dumping it all at once. Do not recommended.

22-11-2024I have purchased this bedding since I have had my hamster but recently noticed it has been VERY DUSTY! I never thought much about it but my hamster now has an eye infection and it says this can be caused by DUSTY BEDDING. This bedding says 99.9% dust free which used to be true but the past couple times I had purchased it I had noticed there was a crazy amount of dust. Quality of this product went down hill just like everything else did.
