Kester 24-6337-0027 Solder Roll, Core Size 66, 63/37 Alloy, 0.031 Diameter

The difference between 60-40 and 63-37 solder really is noticeable - the way it snaps from liquid to solid greatly reduces the chance of dry joints from unintended movement. It seems to flow better too, but that may be just how it looks due to the lack of a mushy state.

Good Solder

The best Rosin Core Solder I have ever tried and tested. I shall never settle for anything less again. Mine was Made In Mexico and works as expected. The actual packaging and color, however, did not exactly match as pictured here at Amazon. But thats no big deal, of course.

Toss that Radio Shack crap away and buy this. You will notice a difference right away. I do a 1000 solder joints a day and this solder helps eliminate those frustrating moments when you solders doesnt want to flow consistently. Very happy with this product and it is now my go to solder.

Great for fixing weak solder joints, common with mandated lead-free solder. Contains lead!
