Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

Muy fácil de instalar, al principio mi pc no la reconoció correctamente, pero al segundo intento fué de lo más rápido la instación del sistema, así que culparé a mi pc. El tiempo de lectura y escritura está muy bien y no tengo fallas hasta ahora.

I have a really old HP Slimline computer from 2007 that I set up in the garage for use, running Windows 7 was manageable at best. I decided to try swapping out the standard (and slow) 160GB optical 3.5 hard drive with the Kingston 120GB SSD and the difference was like night and day! I cloned the original hard drive contents to the Kingston and the computer felt like it was revived - the speed difference was enough that I ended up upgrading the machine to Windows 10, and the computer still works great! Much, much faster than before, all from a simple $25 upgrade.

Im sure itll work great for gaming, but thats not what Im using it for. Im using it to give a new lease on life to a now seven year old Dell laptop. The performance of the laptop is a load faster than with the old style spinny disks. It was trivial to put in and fits perfectly into the caddy. The laptop has never been this fast (And I suspect will never be faster since Ill replace this disk with another like it if I must, or the laptop will reach the end of its life before I have to replace the disk again)

I got the 240GB SSD to upgrade my 2007 Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop which earlier had just 1 GB of RAM and 120GB HDD (5400rpm). Prior to the upgrade I had installed Lubuntu 18.04 (32bit) on this laptop to be kind on its limited RAM and the Pentium dual core processor (64bit) with just 1MB L2 Cache. It used to take 37 seconds to boot up and used to hang several times whenever I opened multiple apps or opened multiple tabs on firefox.

Fácil de instalar y muy rápido.

Cheapest and best ssd I have ever used! I have a ProBook 450 G1 and the 455 G5, when i installed my 2 ssd on both pc the improvement was awesome, no regrets for the investment!

I backed up an image of my windows 7 from my normal 1tb HDD and then I dropped it on this 240SSD drive and its sooooo much faster now. I just used foam, 2 sided tape and velcro to mount this SSD Drive in my desktop case.
