It should have had even if a little bit of ddr cache but it doesnt its a ddr cache less SSD

My laptops hard drive was on its last leg, bit of a premature death in my opinion but thats neither here nor there. I decided to go with the 480gb SSD because I was not taking advantage of the full 1tb HDD that my PC came with. I use it mostly for on the go PC repair and dont need much. It has been installed for nearly 2 months now and Im so far impressed. My boot time into Win 10 Pro is about 11 seconds and Im pretty happy with how it performs. Does what I need it to do.

Digital hard drive work great, deffently speeds up the computer. No software came with the drive but the Kingston help desk directed me to a web site with free software. Software was not user friendly.

I bought this august 8, 2021 and today March 10 2022, this thing is dead! On a laptop thats hardly used much, and like maybe few hours a week at best, but its dead along with all my data thats on this garbage.

Have a 5+yr old desktop that was super sluggish. I wasnt about to drop $$$ on a new box as I only use the pc for a few things. After doing a similar SSD upgrade on my laptop, I knew this would easily breathe some life into my PC. The install was easy and within a few hours I was back up and running and my PC has really became snappy. Really happy with the drive and its performance.

Easy to install. Really sped up this laptop. You can see how fast it boots now. I bought two, one for this laptop, one for my desktop gaming/ work rig. Capacity seems about right. I am seeing 448 GB capacity, because of the way Windows reports it: there is a difference between binary bytes and decimal bytes.
