I am a home inspector and use this tool many times daily. This lasted about 3 months and then the ground plug got buried into the casing and the other prongs got loose. I turned in a warranty claim to Klein for a refund or replacement and they never got back to me after 2 months. It is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. Many Klein products are good, but I see more and more complaints in recent years about Klein tools and this is another one of them. Although this is an inexpensive product, they still should stand by their word of a full year warranty against Mfg Defects. Get a Sperry. I am using this one now with good success and it has a better grip.
