I have not had to use this item much, thank god. But I have probably used it a few dozen times now, and it is super easy to use, I have yet to identify a bad wired outlet (Much to the electricians I work with credit) but it has been invaluable to have in my pocket to check if the outlet is bad or the appliance hooked to it, for the price it has saved me a LOT of time. Put one of these in your toolbox, you may not use it much but it is REALLY handy.
