This circuit tester appears to work as advertised. Indicator lights are bright and easy to see. I didnt test it on outlets with known problems; will update later if necessary. The packaging is TERRIBLE. It is packaged in a heavy-plastic clam shell that is very difficult to open. I nearly cut my hand.
