KPL Vintage 15 Inch Laptop Messenger Bag briefcase Satchel laptop bag for Men and Women

I opened my messenger bag a few hours ago and I already had to buy myself one of the satchels just now and my bf just got the black laptop bag. OMG the quality of this bag for the price is unreal. Also, for anyone who’s concerned: I have an overwhelmingly good sense of smell and there’s absolutely no funky smell on this bag at all. It smells like a new leather bag from the mall. If you’re on the fence, buy it. You won’t regret it. Plus it comes with a very sweet note inside. Come on!

I ordered a bunch of very similar bags from Amazon to check them out firsthand. The ones I got were from Handmadecart, Gusti Leder, Rustic Town, and Komals Passion Leather. These bags are all so similar that I suspect they might all be made at the same facility and re-branded. Some have handles, some have rounded edges while some are more square, but the general design is really similar. So it all comes down to what you prefer. The stitching on most of them looks pretty good, and each bag is unique in its own way: leather grain, color, hardware etc. And yes, its goatskin and it does have a unique smell. Kind of gamey, kind of rancid, a little bit oily, a little vegetal. But even in the week that I had these bags before sending most of them back, the odor seemed to fade a little bit. Bottom line: If you like this style of bag you could probably do a lot worse or pay a lot more. I cant speak to how durable they are as I just kept one and havent started using it. But so far I am happy with the one I kept (the 15 Rustic Town Vintage Leather Laptop Bag).

This laptop/messenger bag was on my granddaughters wish list for Christmas. After reading all the reviews and checking out other bags of this type I decided to order it. First, the packaging was wonderful. I carefully unpacked it to check it out. The leather looks and feels wonderful. I love the solid buckles and the stitching was perfect. It is really a great value for the price. I cant wait for Christmas to give it to my granddaughter, she is going to love it!

Received this bag as a Fathers Day present from my family. Its wonderfully handcrafted leather bag with great attention to detail (even in the packaging). Fits my 13 MacBook Pro well plus the normal notebook and supplies. Beautiful coloring. Really looking forward to see how the bag breaks in and weathers. Appreciated the personal note in the package from the manufacturer, shows not only great craftsmanship but a company that cares to connect with their customers.

Thank you Komal Chaudhari for crafting such a beautiful product. The package arrived undamaged, thank you Amazon. The bag was not wrapped once but TWICE! 1st a clear plastic wrap then a thin cotton bag that I will keep for storage. Upon opening the bag I did notice a smell but not over powering like some of the previous reviews stated but lets face it, its a LEATHER bag. I never heard of someone saying a leather store stunk just because.. I was very impressed with the stitching right off the bat and I mean throughout the entire bag inside and out. For anyone who is looking at the other 30+ bags on Amazon save yourself the time and purchase a Komal Passion Leather bag for quality per price. I am very impressed with the bag as a whole. The bag did come with a detachable/adjustable strap for around the shoulders which is again... amazing craftsmanship. I want to thank the Passion Leather team and hat off to you Komal Chaudhari. I bought a Komals bag about 2 years ago https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KQ6L5TI/ and was very impressed with the value. Its a GREAT bag. That bag is a bit larger than I need. Its almost a overnight or travel bag and so I started poking around at something more in the messenger size here in Amazon. But you know, buying online bags and researching all the options can seem like a chore, so I finally came back to Komal and pulled the trigger on this one (and for the price its hard to go wrong). This new bag came today and I am really really pleased. The strap is removable which in my opinion looks a little more professional in some settings. The size is perfect for what I was looking for. The new bag has snaps and it still retains it vintage look and feel. Its stiff enough that it stands up when placed on the ground and has a appealing texture. The leather is not greasy or too stiff either. I would caution folks to be thoughtful in the bag size they want. My 13 mac book air fits fine and I can throw in a notepad, a novel and some other things. But if you are thinking of 15+ laptop, Ipad, glasses, chargers, and your lunch, you might be too ambitious. It does not have a million external pockets like some bags; however, the trade off is a classy, minimalist look. Im very pleased. A great great value and perhaps Komal should start raising his prices :-)

Very impressed with the craftsmanship.

What a bargain, Arrived as a well packaged actual quality built leather product. This old farmer detected a faint leather smell, and maybe a leather conditioner like saddle soap or mink oil. From past experiences with fine leather I know the trace of the fragrance wont last long. Besides, quality leather product like good boots and saddles need to be treated with saddle soap or mink oil occasionally to remain soft, pliable and looking good. QUALITY LEATHER,QUALITY BUCKLES, QUALITY STICHES/SEWING and I count 9 compartments of different sizes. This man will not be embarrassed to carry this bag with his laptop any where, retaining an intact Man Card.

I was very surprised at the quality of this bag. If I were to buy this in a leather goods store, I am sure I would have to pay several hundred dollars. You can tell by the way the bag is wrapped with each buckle and zipper pull wrapped that there is pride of ownership in this company. I hope they can continue to maintain this quality. If they do, this company will set a new standard

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my bag. The leather is relatively supple, the bag is well stitched and nicely made. The layout of the pockets is nice. There is a zippered pocket above the laptop sleeve that I am a little concerned will scratch my aluminum laptop. Easy fix though. Other than that I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone who loves good leather products.
