Ive had this screen for a couple months now and just noticed it has a high pitched squeal. I doubt it will stop me from continuing use of the screen but it is certainly noticeable and annoying to sensitive ears. The screen itself is nice and seems to have held up past the return date. I am hoping to get a lot more use out of it.

In terms of design, construction and portability I have to say that the device feels well built from corner to corner, as the case is built in an aluminum unibody (apparently). I have no doubt that this device could withstand moderate drops or impacts. Its design is quite suitable, so that it doesnt take up a lot of space when carrying it. And speaking of carrying, it weighs just under 2 pounds, which collectively checks all the boxes for practicality. Brightness has been quite adequate for me, since I have my studio in a fairly bright room and so far I have not had the need to increase the brightness above 70%. The image quality is FullHD at 60Hz which is not remarkable, but not bad either. However, I have to say that I had my doubts about image lag, since I had seen some reviews of other similar products and people were continually complaining about this aspect, which had me very concerned about. After having run several tests with my PS4 and computers, I can say that the aspect of lag is practically unnoticeable to me. In conclusion, this seems to me to be a very solid product, taking into account its price and the options available in that range. -- En cuanto a diseño, construcción y portabilidad tengo que decir que el dispositivo se siente bien construido por de esquina a esquina, ya que la carcasa está construida en un solo cuerpo de aluminio (aparentemente). No tengo duda de que este dispositivo podría soportar caídas o impactos moderados, además de que su diseño es bastante adecuado para que no ocupe mucho espacio al cargarlo. Y hablando de cargarlo, su peso de poco menos de 2 libras, lo cual resulta en conjunto que coteja todas las casillas necesarias en cuanto a practicidad. Brillo ha sido mas que suficiente para mí, ya que tengo mi estudio en un cuarto bastante iluminado y hasta el momento no he tenido la necesidad de aumentar el brillo por encima del 70%. La calidad de imagen es FullHD a 60Hz lo cual no es destacable, pero tampoco malo. Sin embargo, debo decir que tenía mis dudas en cuanto a retraso de la imagen con respecto a las entradas, ya que había visto algunas revisiones de otros productos y las personas se quejaban continuamente de este aspecto, cosa que me había preocupado mucho. Después de haber realizado varias pruebas, puedo decir que el aspecto del retraso es prácticamente imperceptible para mí. En conclusión, este me parece un producto muy sólido, tomando en cuenta su precio y las opciones disponibles en ese rango.

This was perfect for me! I used this while doing school work so I was able to watch my lectures while taking notes on the other screen and it is an absolute game changer! Such a great tool, I love it! Screen is bigger and clearer than my 15 laptop!

Awesome companion for the road. It’s actually 14.5” inches fits in most backpacks, I recommend buying a padded case for it unless you have a super padded laptop bag. Great options for connectivity. Great resolution as week, not a gaming monitor to be cleared. I am in Tech and this is a great monitor for the road warrior.

I carry this monitor in my laptop bag and barely know that its there except when I need it. No power cable necessary when plugging the Type C cable into my laptop. Picture quality is sufficient for general office work as an architect.

This portable monitor was very nice. However, I did not like the buttons on it and decided to go with the upgraded version instead which included a cover case and volume buttons on the side.

The display backlight failed on my early 2013 Macbook Pro last week, during law school, and this seemed like a good temporary solution before I could get another computer. I ordered it Tuesday night and received it Thursday afternoon. My laptop only has an HDMI output, so I was glad this screen too that input, not just USB-C. I use this in front of the old display, held up by Velcro dots. Its pretty bright (although not quite so bright as the original screen in full sunlight), and extremely sharp. Did have to do some color calibration and tweaking of settings for optimal display, but thats expected. I also love that it can be powered by the USB port on my laptop. Only real downside (aside from clunkiness) with this setup is the USB power and laptops dedicated GPU mean reduced battery life, but its still cheaper than a new laptop. Also, I have to manually adjust the brightness based on my setting, but thats to be expected. As others have said, this monitor might not be the best for audiovisual work, and I cant speak as to gaming delay (although I notice no input lag in regular use), but for text-based work (in-class notes, and the occasional YouTube video) its more than adequate—actually a bit better than Id hoped for the price. That said, I have noticed only one issue with the monitor itself: At certain low brightness settings (around 1-5 out of 100), a weird quiet buzzing noise comes through the speakers, even when muted (I use the MacBooks built-in speakers, rather than this monitors). This usually goes away with an increase of a brightness point or two, but is a bit weird. Aside from that, a week later of daily portable in-class use, its working well for me.

I have been using this for past 3 months and I am very pleased with this monitor. I used it for work to work from my laptop remotely, used it with our church streaming equipment connected to Atem Mini Video switch to monitor all video inputs as a quick temporary setup, and as a permanent install as a 4th display at my job. I think its very versatile and easy to use. Only thing I would suggest improving is the magnet on the cover to make it hold stronger, other than that i love this thing. Wish I would have bought it sooner, but for the price point of this unknown brand, i would not hesitate to buy it instead of one of the big name brands. I hope it lasts though, but for past 3 months its been very solid and not a single glitch.

I work from home and use two large monitors. My laptop is small, which makes it really difficult to look at several documents at one time. I bought this screen to use when I travel, or if I want to sit outside and work instead of being cooped up in the house on a nice day. This was very easy to connect to my laptop and came with any wires I might need. The instructions were very easy to use and showed several connection options. I had a more difficult time connecting my large monitors the first time I use them. The picture is also very good for what I need. It was definitely worth the price.

I have been carrying this monitor around for a year at college. I keep it in a thin protective sleeve (some sort of foam) along with books and notepads in my backpack. It looks just as good today as Id did out of the box. I appreciate the magnetic protector that doubles as a stand. A single USB C cable provides power and video (via thunderbolt 4). It works great for zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, etc... I can not speak to its gaming or content creation properties. I am a happy customer and recommend this monitor for the college student needing a second monitor.
