> 3 dayDefinitely a game changer for me - I work on a lot of spreadsheets and Ive been working solely on a laptop. This has helped me work so much more efficiently.

> 3 dayIve had this screen for a couple months now and just noticed it has a high pitched squeal. I doubt it will stop me from continuing use of the screen but it is certainly noticeable and annoying to sensitive ears. The screen itself is nice and seems to have held up past the return date. I am hoping to get a lot more use out of it.

> 3 dayOne of the best purchases Ive made on Amazon. Heres why: My monitor had an issue with the display within the return period. Ill rarely return an item to exchange it. Normally, I get my money back. Not with this monitor. It is so worth it, not to mention my new one came like the very next day after dropping the old one off at UPS.

10-06-2025I needed a good monitor to connect to a Raspberry Pi. After trying several different more formal monitors with stands I came across this one. It was less expensive than most of the others so I gave it a try. Im so glad I did. It is terrific. The color and resolution is excellent, and it works perfectly for my intended purpose. Ive been using it for several years now and have absolutely no complaints. All praise for the great quality. Id buy it again in a heat beat.

> 3 dayAwesome monitor. Great for travel and working onsite at customer locations. Ended up breaking my screen though, where could I get a replacement display/screen without buying a whole new monitor?

> 3 dayI use this on a small hospital table by my bed so that I can play my switch on it. It is absolutely amazing. The picture quality is great and I love the volume as well. It is a bit difficult to use the volume button correctly because it is also the brightness button. As long as you go up first on the dial it will bring up the volume. Great purchase!

> 3 dayI have a HP Envy x360 Laptop and a 2nd screen would improve my workspace at home significantly, my wife told me to order something like this for my Christmas Gift. LOVE IT. Ordered it on Wednesday, it arrived Wednesday evening. Thursday - took it out of the box, very well packed. Screen, HDMI cable, USB-C to USB-C cable, USB-A to USB-C cable and USB-A Wall outlet power supply. My laptop has USB-A, USB-C and HDMI connections. Stood the Screen on the folding stand which is magnetic and easily supports the screen. Plugged the Screen to the laptop using the USB-C to USB-C connector ( its about 3 long ) and the screen woke up in just a few seconds. 1st impression - Really nice looking display but looks like a low res. Brought up the Display Settings on the laptop, the 2nd display was set to 150% text size, switched it to 100% - Wow! Fabulously clear view on the new screen. The new screen now sits on the right hand side of my laptop work area. When I move my mouse over to the right of the laptop screen, it smoothly rolls into the 2nd screen, the two screens now look almost identical in resolution, clarity and color. I love this screen. Easy setup, beautiful resolution, bright and crisp display. The new screen has a 2nd USB-C connection on the right hand side. On the left side are two controls. Lower is for the onboard menu that allows changes things like Brightness, Volume ( yes, the screen has a pair of speakers built in) I have both my laptop and the KYY screen set to 1920 x 1080 and matching brightness. When the laptop is shutdown, the KYY screen shows loss of input and a few moments later, the screen powers down, which is great as its getting its power from the USB-C port on the laptop. Waking the laptop up restarts the KYY screen very quickly. There is a power button on the left side. Long hold and the screen turns off. My laptop screen also goes off for a second or two then correctly returns to view. Pressing the KYY screen power button wakes up the screen very quickly. The stand easily folds to provide a complete two sided cover for the screen so that it easily and safely can be stowed in my laptop carry case. Very very pleased.

08-06-2025Id long used a beefy triple-monitor UHD set-up for gaming and coding, but as Ive not been gaming as much I found I was really only using two monitors, and often the second one was more for having youtube or netflix going in the background. I decided to downsize my set-up and stick with one UHD monitor and something small on the side, and this is the first small monitor Ive purchased for this purpose. I will actually likely be returning it, but not for any fault of this device, but simply that I didnt know what I wanted prior to purchase and now that Ive held/used a portable monitor, I think I want something different. So, about this device: * Portability - Its incredibly light and slim, it definitely meets the portability definition. The power and menu buttons are quite small, but in particular the menu button I feel pokes out a tiny bit too much, and Id be concerned about it being damaged or pushed into the unit if I were to put it in a bag that got jostled around. The smart cover (what makes a cover smart? I honestly dont know, but its just a cover that doubles as a stand) seems to do a good job to protect the unit from day-to-day scuffs and scratches, but I wouldnt imagine it would do anything against a fall or direct impact from something. If I were really moving this around a lot, Id probably invest in a heavy duty case. * Ports, I/O, Hook-up - With the ability to use HDMI or USB-C, I like that this can be switched between my actual PC (with a 3080 in it at time of use) and my Surface Pro 8 without needing special adapters. However, it would be an improvement if in both modes you could only use one cable. That is, with the right type of device USB-C can deliver both the power and the display signals, but if you are using HDMI you will always need to also use USB-C for power. HDMI as a technology is capable of transmitting power, so I would have liked to see both modes of transmission also be capable of powering the device. * Sound - I hadnt realized when purchasing it has its own built in speakers, but thats a plus to me as well. The sound isnt great, you wont be getting any Dolby Digital Surround from this, but its a nice little option if you need some sound on the go and dont want to go through managing a bunch of Bluetooth devices, other cables, etc. just to hear a video or something. It would not, in my opinion, meet any gamers standards of good audio, though. Nice in a pinch, thats about it. * Visuals - It seems pretty good. After being on UHD for years it is difficult for me to really judge 1080p fairly, but I have no big gripes with the visuals. Differences in color, especially in ranges approaching dark greys/blacks, are difficult to make out except at maximum brightness, but its not experience-breaking. I feel the range of brightness available is decent; you can make it quite dim to protect your eyes in a dark room, or can get it bright enough to see in a well-lit room. I do not, however, think it would be very usable in direct sunlight. * The case - This is actually one of the main reasons Im returning it is that I dont like the case that comes with it and would rather just get a different device than buy an additional case. The case is fine for protection and viewing the device if you are okay with looking down, but even at the most vertical kickstand position the screen was nowhere near as vertical as I wanted, and I had to tilt my head down quite a bit to view properly (something Im avoiding after some ergonomic-caused neck issues). That said, it does fit well with many gooseneck clamps made for tablets, as you can see I am using in my attached picture. (Youll also note that I am using it upside down, which Windows allows you to do but I am not sure if you will be able to do that with other OS. I am using it in this configuration so that the ports/cables are behind my monitor rather than poking out near the wall.) I think that this is a perfectly good device with no major objective flaws given the price for the product, but subjectively I think something different is going to be for me.

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I needed. I just needed a second monitor or screen extender because I find working for long hours on a laptop to be inconvenient while I am at home. The resolution is actually better than my Lenovo lol. Its super light weight and has all the functions that a normal monitor does. It even has its own speakers which is an added bonus. I was not looking for anything like that but if you are the sound is not bad. Easy to connect and comes with all the extra attachments for practically any laptop. I do suggest to read the connection type carefully and make sure your device is compatible, as I said it comes packaged with several adapters and attachments, but just on that off chance you dont want to be surprised take the time to read about the product.

> 3 dayI was frustrated at firs as my monitor worked at first, but then stopped after a couple of weeks. After the first review, the company reached out to me and helped figure out it was a port that wasn’t working, so they sent me a new monitor. The new one works great and has been for a few weeks now!
