Are an amazing thing when 1. you enjoy escaping from the real world and just build things 2 its Star Wars! 3 may have flown this exact same thing in Star Wars Galaxies. Yup. just enjoy the assembly.

A bit more solid when completed than previous versions of the Tie Fighters

I got this for my six year old Grandson. It was a little advanced for him, but he did some by himself and some with help from Granddad. Its a very intricate assembly, but very impressive when completed. He loves playing with it now that its assembled, too. Its great for a little Star Wars fan! Highly recommended! Grandson loved this Christmas gift.

Like most 5th graders, my 10 year old son loves both legos and star wars. He just cannot get enough of either subject. When I showed him this set, his eyes got big and basically said that he would see me in three years when this kit would finally be completed. While it took him only a few days to construct, I enjoyed watching him overcome his struggles during a misplaced piece or alignment along the way. I was shocked that it was as large as it was and he liked that the lid and the blasters moved.
