For the first time in my life I was able to get a laptop. Not only was I confused by the array of choices and what a lap top does, this brand has made me feel so humble.

No issues for a year now, laptop works well and its good for budget price and school work. Love the back-lit keyboard!

I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14 Laptop, 14.0 FHD 1920 x 1080 Display, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U Processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD, AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, Narrow Bezel, Windows 10, 81W0003QUS, Abyss Blue for review and would like to share my thoughts.

Pros:

I bought this two months ago and it worked fine, didn’t really use it for much until my girlfriend started playing Minecraft on it. It now freezes and BODs constantly with a lot of screen artifacting. Big sad

This laptop has had nothing but problems since the day I bought it. Good luck getting Lenovo’s “customer support” team to do anything at that. Even when the issue is right in front of them, they insist on dragging out the process and even then, nothing gets done. I used to think highly of Lenovo as a brand, but this has been pitiful at best.

Perfect for budget.

I like the laptop but a question how do I upgrade the ssd?

I bought mine at Microcenter. Ive had it for 4 months and it decided to stop charging. I took it to Microcenter to get it fixed and it worked for a couple of weeks but stopped charging again. I went to Microcenter and they said they cant refund it. I contacted Lenovo and they wont refund it either. Save your money and get something better quality!
