Amazing

I bought this computer in November 2020, and today after trying to apply the guarantee, they told me that it could only be made valid in the USA. My computers motherboard failed and now needs to be completely replaced. The use I gave it was minimal, I barely used my office and my email. Its a shame.

I loved the laptop, I bought it for my nieces school classes, it is super fast, it weighs almost no.

Poor webcam, everything else is quite satisfactory.

This computer is perfect for school or business. We bought the cheaper one of the idea pad and it was just to slow and wouldnt load web pages but this one was way better. All in all this computer is perfect for older folks who need to do tax paperwork or just watch videos.

I am having problems with the touch pad. Its not working. I installed news drivers but still the problem continue .

The laptop worked fine for a couple of weeks and then just stopped working and wont even power on. When I sent it to geek squad through the warranty that I was led to from Amazon they said it was water damaged which avoids the warranty and it would cost more to fix than the computer was originally purchased for. When I sent it to a local computer repair shop they said that there was no water damage that they could tell all of the stickers were still white and they dont know why they would say that.
