I bought this two months ago and it worked fine, didn’t really use it for much until my girlfriend started playing Minecraft on it. It now freezes and BODs constantly with a lot of screen artifacting. Big sad

Got this for my son for school. Big issue with battery not charging above 59%, so Ive already had to take it in for warranty work.

Purchased for my mom. Its a but over powered for her needs but quick startup and very responsive works for her needs.

As a college student whos going to take online courses in the fall due to the pandemic, I just wanted some powerful that could handle all my applications. Thankfully, I came across a review of this laptop on Youth YouTube by Techxmora who gave precise details on the specs. After getting this laptop Im in awe with how powerful it is for $450 and how reliable it is. I can even game on this! For $450!!! What!?!? But seriously this laptop is amazing!

Perfect laptop for my needs.

Bought this laptop 8 months ago for my daughter, she has been using it for part-time school work, maybe 4-5 days a week only a couple hours at a time. So, relatively moderate usage rate overall. Its been fine for the most part, but weve noticed a couple of issues. The camera quality is not great so shes not particularly crisp and clear on Zoom meetings, and the coloring is poor (she looks greyed out). The bigger issue has been in recent weeks the trackpad has gotten very spotty, it sometimes gets stuck in the down position making it so you cant select any more items on the screen; and occasionally it stops responding altogether (so you cant move the mouse or scroll). Very disappointing, its not that old and it hasnt been used that much, seems the physical components of this laptop are poor quality, even though the interior specs are decent.
