No tiene pantalla táctil, sin embargo es una excelente pc portátil, la batería impide colocar un ssd o un disco duro adicional por lo que se debe cambiar el m2 por uno más grande

The computer works amazing. It was used it for a four hour long orientation and everything loaded quickly and worked well. The camera is used for Zoom calls and the quality is great. It charges very fast and holds a charge for a very long time.

The device works without any fault so far. But the sound quality is not something which can be appreciated. Finishing is good. Lighter than my last laptop. Happy about the product.

Note, my review is not for this product. It is for Lenovo in general. I sent my computer in for repairs 3 months ago, was supposed to receive it back 2 months ago, and still am without my computer. After countless hours on the phone with technical support, customer service, warranty and hardware departments, nobody has located my computer. All I do is get bounced back and forth between departments, told to wait a few more days, and told I will receive phone calls back (never do). I understand these are difficult times with COVID. I have been beyond patient and gracious, but 3 months without a computer is unacceptable. Ive had to miss family birthdays and thanksgiving with my family because of all the waiting I have been doing. Their customer service is terrible, and I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a computer.

I bought this laptop to do basic office work, web ordering etc.

Es bastante rápida, razon por la cual estoy satisfecho. Lo único que no me gustó es que siento que falta algo de Contraste a la pantalla. Además el angulo de visión no tan agradable. La computadora va a ser utilizada para estudios, y como tal es muy recomendable. Pero si es muy importante la calidad de la pantalla para sus labores entonces no la recomiendo para esta finalidad.

Poor webcam, everything else is quite satisfactory.
