Screen quality is nice, it is not touch screen, and I do not game. Purchased for online overseas college course via zoom. Would not allow the camera to be used because another app was using the camera. I denied permission but it still wouldnt connect to my class so I had to go into each individual app to deny permission. Hopefully the camera will work for class this week.

The camera showed nothing but a round fuzzy white light. N0 Image. Returned Computer. Amazon Agreed to return without a problem. One star for Lenovo, 5 stars for Amazon.

The hinge is not durable and comes off. When this happens, it loosens up the frame around the screen. Then you find it difficult to open or close the lid. Lenovo warranty specifically doesnt cover issues like that even if happens after 3-4 months.

Very good performance for the price. Only big flaw is the screen quality it doesnt have very good colors nor angle of vision.

My parent offer to get me a laptop as a present and my Bf help he selcte this laptop. Simple design but it allows the game and better screen quality. Never try lenovo product before but I love it so far!

Im sitting here with 3 other laptops connected to the internet...no problem. I JUST got this and its freezing and when I pull up Edge it takes 5 minutes to load. I just want to download Chrome and I cant even do that. What is this madness? Ive owned thinkpads for over 15 years. They are normally SOLID even when buying used but this....

Since this product has so few reviews, I was a bit worried that it came damaged or I would not like it because of some of the reviews here, for example slow, lack of brightness, etc. But it is amazing, for this price it is a heck of a computer, solid, good quality feeling so far, and most important you have the feeling that you bought a good long-lasting product.

Windows 10 is annoying AF. Also you want to be in a dark room, or have something to give your screen shade.
