Not a bad laptop, but it’s not the best for what you pay. The screen is terrible imo. I’m switching from an ancient MacBook and this was horrid. Lenovo thinkpads are much more pleasant but they’re in the same ish price range as MacBooks :/

This laptop has had nothing but problems since the day I bought it. Good luck getting Lenovo’s “customer support” team to do anything at that. Even when the issue is right in front of them, they insist on dragging out the process and even then, nothing gets done. I used to think highly of Lenovo as a brand, but this has been pitiful at best.

Died and would not power on. Low quality tech support. Will not buy important electronics this way again. Returned the laptop on 1/22/21 still not refunded as of 2/1/21

La compre para las clases virtuales de mis hijas pero la imagen de la cámara es de muy baja calidad, ese dato no se encuentra en las especificaciones pero nunca me imagen que seria tan mala, la calidad de la misma.

Although this laptop has an attractive exterior, its screen quality is disappointing and appears to be cheaply made. Additionally, the keyboard is very poor and the larger keys seem to be protruding. The touchpad also seems to be slightly raised on one side. I can even see the backlight shining through the cap lock key and power button, which indicates poor quality control. Furthermore, the fan sometimes makes noise.

This is a decent laptop, but would be decent-er if I didnt have McAfee ads spamming me while Im trying to use it. Get your crap together Lenovo and fire the guy who thought that was a good idea, or at least send them to work in the mailroom for a few months and donate their excess salary to a food bank or something.

En general tiene un buen desempeño, lo único es el bajo ángulo de visón de la pantalla
