Been using this product for years and would recommend it to all.

The wires did not come with this product as pictured. Not a problem if you have your own wires. Product arrived promptly.

The drive does what it is supposed to do.

The issue I have is with the drawer shutting. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. Once shut, the drive works and works well.

It fit nicely in my case. I does everything it is suppose to do although it is the loudest part of my computer so far. The extra cables were handy.

Bought it to burn 360 games and it does just that. Great price and fast shipping.

Its hard to get worked up over an optical drive but I am very pleased. The DVD burner arrived at the earliest specified delivery date. It came with everything shown and installed easily in the case and was recognized by the motherboard. I havent installed or used the Nero software, and Ive only used it for loading Windows and drivers in the new build and everything was quick and good. I look forward to testing it out beyond that. So far, no problems. Dont expect fancy, it came in a plain brown box, but afterwards it looks better than some units sitting in your case in the 5 1/2 bay. I would purchase it again.

The price, including cables, and including software were a must-buy for me. Replaced an old LG DVDRW drive that NEVER worked in the first place. This thing was simple - plug it in, put the software in, install, and you are ready to burn CDs. Thanks to the customer service of the seller.

Easy install, runs quietly, works Great!!

The only part I found frustrating was that the first one came defective. Luckily the replacement is currently still working after some months. The disc formats supported are exactly what I need for watching my videos and installing my games, including formats that most dont use but I have been using in some cases. The disc that comes with it is junk, though.
