Litter Genie Refill (1 Pack)

Prior to buying the Litter Genie Cat Litter Disposal System my wife and I resorted to saving plastic bags and eventually buying them by the roll. What we hated was how we had to immediately take the garbage out or somehow the next morning the whole house would stink no matter how tight we tied the bag. With the Little Genie, we simply scoop the litter into the Genie. When it fills (usually about 1-1.5 weeks) we simply open the case, pull some slack, use the built in cutter, tie a knot and take it out. Then we tie one more knot and its good to go for another week. We just added this to our subscribe and save so will be getting these automatically going forward.

I love this product. Easy to use and no more litter smell. Litter Genie is great in a small house or apartment.

I didnt notice that the LITTER GENIE came with a cartridge so this is an extra, which is good to have. This system using the cartridge is so easy to elimate the cat waste, just scoop it daily using the scoop that comes with it into the GENIE, pull out the blocker tray to release the waste into the bag, and it and the smell is gone until trash day. Follow the directions by pulling out the plastic a little more than about 15 inches, tie the end and let it go into the bottom, close the unit and use. On trash day, open the unit, cut the plastic using the onboard cutter, tie the top, and throw it away. Repeat for the next use. I dont know if the refill will last as long as it says but I do know it is very simple and easy for me to get rid of the waste. When using the LITTER GENIE you can only use the refills instead of just putting a bag into the bottom as the bag comes from the refill and goes the entire way to the bottom therefore keeping the inside of the unit clean. Recommended even for multiple cats.

Okay I got this to dispose of used clump litter and hopefully dispose of odors too. And not have to run to the dumpster every day. I am skeptical as far as holding the odors. Just set it up today. Set up instructions are vague. I will update my review at a later date. It is now 9/6/2014. 8/16/2015 I have canned the whole idea of this product. I have four cats and this concept was a good idea for 1 cat. My Cons - Product (container part) too small. Mouth of container not wide enough for LARGE clumps - disposal bags wastes too much for disposal for tie off etc. Yes, it did contain the odor and that was a Pro for the product. In the end the product went in the garbage as durability and my cons did not work in the end. I gave this product in the beginning 3 stars but after using for a while I now give it ONE STAR.

I cant make up my mind which purchase I like best. The Liter Genie or the Omega Paws litter box, I now feel like I have a life of leisure. They have made cat ownership a pleasure rather than the chore it used to be. I tell every cat owner I know that the pair can change their life. Just roll the liter box, pull out the little drawer, dump it into the litter genie, and your done. Its so easy and pleasant, I wait for one of my 3 cats to use it just so I can do it again. And NO LITER BOX SMELL!!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!this review is also for the Liter Genie refills. They are also wonderful!! So easy to install, very strong and sturdy, and eliminated odors. LOVE THE WHOLE SYSTEM!!!

The Litter Genie refill so easy to use. The price is right , and the bags they make are strong not thin and fallapart when full. I am very satisfied with the product.

This is a poopsack that fits in the litter genie. It is a sack what that holds poop. It holds poop effectively, therefore it is an excellent product. It does exactly what it is mean to do, which is to be a sack that contains poop.

Good system but I wish the bag cartridge wasnt so expensive. A small, lidded trash can and free plastic store bags would be much cheaper. Also, they need to add a series of *horizontal* lines letting know how close you are to the end of the cartridge with the final line a different color.

This is the best product. It keeps the smell inside so well and is easy to use. The refills are easy to change and last quite a while.

This product is incredible. Our new addition to our family is a feral toddler cat. I saw the advertisements for this product, but had serious doubts regarding the odors, how much waste the product could hold... It is AMAZING! It is so easy to use and when its time to dispose, everything you need is right there -- the cutter makes it so easy and then just tie off, toss and pull down for the next two or so plus weeks of collection. Considering all that goes in for waste product, I am still in awe that the plastic does not tear and everything keeps in tact! And yes -- no odors! LOVE this product.
