> 3 dayWorked fine until exactly the 2-year mark. Daily but not overheavy or abusive use. The trigger button under the left-click then started malfunctioning: double-clicking for a single-click; requiring a forceful push to make any click at all. I opened it up to inspect: no dust or grime. Gave up and spent $20 on eBay for an ancient (turn-of-the-century) Logitech MX510, now my third, which I know to be built with quality components!

> 3 dayFirst of all, this is the most ergonomically comfortable mouse Ive ever used. It feels like it was molded for my hand. Id say I have medium to large hands, but very slender; not meaty hands. I still think the mouse would feel good to meat-handed people, though. The second thing I like is the positioning of the extra buttons. Most gaming mice have buttons on the sides so you can press them with your thumb, but pressing buttons with your thumb doesnt have the same natural feel as pressing buttons with your other fingers, in my opinion. Also, Im new to PC gaming, so some of the different keys for Rainbow Six Siege (a first-person shooter) are very difficult for me to use, especially while trying to use other keys as well. For example, if I want to strafe to the right while cooking a grenade, Id have to press D (strafe right) and G (grenade). Well, D and G both require the left index finger to press. I solved this by binding G (grenade) to the top left extra mouse button. Melee (V) was also a difficult key for me to press if I wanted full control of movement, so I binded (bound?) that to the bottom left mouse button. Additionally, pressing 2 to switch to your secondary weapon was too much for me, so I bound that to the top right mouse button. Finally, pressing U for push-to-talk is absurd if I want to just give a quick message to a teammate while moving around, so I bound that to the bottom left mouse button. Its just super convenient, these four extra buttons on top of the mouse rather than on the side of the mouse. It also has plenty of versatility with the DPI settings. Highly recommended. Though keep in mind this is my first gaming mouse, so Im not familiar with how others feel when using them. I just know that if I ever need to replace this one, I will be replacing it with the exact same model.

> 3 daythis is such a breath of fresh air for me as a small hand PC user, I usually am pretty dang uncomfortable using most gaming mice but this one feels very comfortable in my tiny hand, the only downside is that if you have multiple Logitech devices you may run into problems because of the TWO INCOMPATIBLE applications for button mapping and other settings, this one uses Logitch Gaming Software whereas my headset and keyboard use Logitch G Hub, very commonly one will crash when I open the other and it drives me insane....

Greater than one week* Most companies block softwares but the memory is internal hardware so I programmed the buttons at home and it still works at work. Big plus!* A bit smaller than previous mouse. The material does not feel cheap. Scroll wheel works great and is very smooth. The resolution is adjustable and I have it 1500 dpi and the cursor moves a lot more accurately. Buttons are programmable, but you need to find the right Logitech software which was not easy. No instruction came with the mouse and many links on their web site dont work anymore. I spent more than 30 min. Great mouse but lousy software/support.

> 3 dayHave been using a very small travel mouse for a long time. Wanted a mouse with buttons that could be programed. But most of them are for right handed people, and yes Ive heard it all and no I cant use a right handed mouse. Have tried and no, go my right hand just will not use a mouse after trying for a very long time my right hand just will not learn period. So bought a left handed mouse was so excited to get it but when I took it out of the box it was way to big for my hand, tried to use it but did not have enough control was just to big. So decided to get this one and glad that I did. This mouse fits my hand perfectly not to small as the Logitech travel mouse and not as large as the left handed Razer Naga that I bought. Love that it has buttons to program, yes am a gamer. Now have buttons to use along with the number pad on the key board its great. Just wish it had more buttons but we left handed people with small hands have to deal with what is out there. Recommend this product.

> 3 dayI was skeptical of the buttons at first, but because I have so many troubles trying to press buttons on the SIDE of a mouse, I figured Id try this. Its a little tricky to get the hang off but after a while Ive been doing just fine. Definitely an improvement in my in game performance. The mouse itself is NOT weighted (like Im used to) which I cant say I really like, however its tolerable. Ive dropped this thing from couch to floor about six different times (it keeps sliding off my mouse pad next to me) and it still works with no issues. Theres no beating an optical mouse when it comes to gaming. The design of this mouse is odd to me but not unpleasant. Its very comfortable for my hands. The cord is extremely long however, and since Im using a laptop this was an annoyance. I rolled some of it up and tied it together with a twisty tie and problem solved. The only thing (besides weight) I would prefer with this mouse is that the software for it be included in the package. Its not. I have to find it online and download it and with my internet thats a bit of a task. For the price, it wouldnt kill them to include a disk or at least SOME instruction as to where to find the software. Unless I missed it, there was no booklet or anything on the box that tells you where it is. Been using it for a week or so now and its been great. Color options on the mouse are nice as well.

> 3 dayAs a left hander, its hard to find a good mouse. Having reprogrammable buttons in a symmetrical layout is a god send. Which is why I keep a stock of these in my closet to replace the ones that wear out every couple years and buy more when they go on sale because I dread the day when Logitech stops making them. I do have to take some points off because the rubber grips on the side where you place your thumb tend to wear through after a couple months. They also hide the screws to disassemble the mouse under the friction pads so youll have to peel them off if you need to clean or fix anything.

Greater than one weekI dont care if it becomes obsolete, when i get money i am buying 30 of these and stock pilling them. This is the only mouse i can play CS:GO with. I have tried over 10 other ones and I CANNOT PLAY WITH THEM. its the way it fits in my hand. the way it tracks, everything about this mouse to me is perfection. ONLY DOWNSIDE, i see myself buying a new one every year or more often like every 8 months or so. It does not last however they got me hooked so i dont even care anymore lmao

21-11-2024This mouse replaced Logitech G400s mouse. Initially I did not like the shape but after a bit I got used to it. It is very good mouse if you have not large hands. For gaming and working this mouse fits the bill. And it is not super expensive. I dont really like extra buttons being on top but after you get used to them, you do not notice them really. Otherwise the mouse tracks well and has just the right weight, not too light not too heavy. I use it every day for many hours without any issues. I also like that it is both left and right handed so I can switch if needed. I will buy another one if they still make it when this one wears out. So far that has been my problem - the mice you like are not made anymore.
