> 3 dayWhen my G700s started to randomly disconnect, I thought it was something with it being wireless, but when it continued that while plugged in, I knew I had to replace it. Battery life had always been an issue for me, but nothing beats a wireless mouse, so for a while, I got my on a standard M310, it was fine, but it lacked the comforts of the multiple buttons (which I actually use inside and outside of games) as well as easily tuning the DPI on the fly. So I took a look around the market, I figured I would have to go back to a wired gaming mouse until I came across PowerPlay. Wireless changing while in use? Sign me up! Now I havent bought the mouse pad yet, but with the current life I am getting out of my mouse, Im wondering if I will even need to. This mouse is better than my old mouse in every way, its so light it almost made me wonder if they had added some helium into it to make it lighter. Its battery life goes on for multiple days and all while having an RBG led on top of it. I dont know how Logitech pulled this off. I will update this (or just review the Powerplay system on that purchase) if I decide to purchase the powerplay, but honestly, I expect this mouse to last me for years. The only issue (though not for me) is if you have large hands, it might be on the small side, but its almost perfect sized for me if I rest my palm further back so Im fine with it.

Greater than one weekDue to a listing error on Amazons part I ended paying $0 for this mouse. For its current price of $150, its hard to recommend. But I think at a discounted price under $100, its going to be a steal. First off I received the wired version of this initially. The wired version is very good, and I would suggest if this is out of your budget, just buy that one - the difference isnt that noticeable. However the wireless version does feel lighter and smoother and more responsive. Its probably the smoothest, silkiest mouse I have used to date. Even when I have it plugged in for recharging, the cable is hardly noticeable. I came from owning a G500s, which is a fine mouse, but this G502 is just better. The mouse feels more responsive and lighter than my previous one, and other than the mouse scroll wheel feeling a little cheap - its a near perfect mouse. PROS: ° Lightweight ° Very Responsive (16k Hero Sensor) ° Wireless ° Braided Cable ° Fast Charge ° 2 Year Warranty ° Super Smooth ° Battery Indicator ° DPI switch on the fly NEUTRAL: ° Mouse Wheel feels a little cheap sometimes (compared to my G500s which had a heftier feel to it) ° Sniper Button is awkward to use (you have to basically take a second to claw grip the button in order to use it to aim) ° G HUB Software (This has worked 100% perfect for me, but I have read many reviews stating its crashed games etc., Also for some reason I was able to use the old software for the wired version but not for the wireless version) ° RGB (Basically the logo and the indicator light up, thats it - nothing really special. I personally would have liked to see it underneath the mouse to give it a glow effect) ° Depending on the style of mouse and size of your hand, this mouse is more of a claw grip style than a relaxed style. I find this great for graphic design and gaming, but this is 100% dependant on your personal style. CONS: ° Battery is suppose to work for up to 48 hours with standard RGB. After several weeks of use (I work from home so I use my mouse sometimes up to 16 hours per day), I can say that this just isnt true. You will get 2 days or about 30 hours of heavy use with RGB, perhaps I could get closer to the 48 hours if I adjust the RGB luminance? I havent really tested it without the RGB on yet - so it may work wonderfully without RGB. Still its good, and since you can Turbo charge it in 5 minutes, this con may not be a con for most people. ° Uses mini usb for connection in 2019? If you are going to charge 50% more than the next competitor you should at least use the latest standards and not 10 year old standards. I seriously dont understand what they were thinking here. USB C would have made it so easy to plug in my mouse for charging. Now I have to turn on a light, and look at the mouse to make sure I am putting it in the correct way. The cable is tight and will click into place, something I was unaware of when I first started using the mouse and I thought my mouse wasnt charging because it fits snugly into place before the click happens. Overall a fantastic mouse at a price that is totally unreasonable. At $80 -$100, this is a great wireless mouse. At its current price it is just overpriced. Still worth it if money is not an option, or if you get lucky like me. UPDATE: After using the mouse for almost a month now there are a few other things worth mentioning. ° Gaming on FPS the mouse felt heavy, after adjust the balance by adding in weights to the back, it feels near perfect ° The mouse has 5 DPI settings but only 3 LED lights to indicate the settings ° The DPI buttons are a little large and awkward to use on the fly ° I havent had any issues with the mouse and no double clicking - Although I would say you should switch the mouse wheel to the click option when gaming, because its rather easy to accidentally spin the wheel at the most inopportune time. Final Update : After about 6 months of use, the mouse will start double clicking. At first it was minor and seemed to reset itself every time I unplugged the USB. After it got to the point it was impossible to actually do anything without double clicking 50% of the time, I finally contacted Logitech for a fix. After a week or two back and forth with Logitech representative they finally agreed that to replace the mouse - But in the mean time I told them that it usually take about 36 + hours for the issue to kick in (originally it did, now its about 1 minute before it starts to double clicking after resetting the dongle), so their response to that was I should install the mouse on a 2nd computer and see if it did the same thing on that computer. I refused because I am not going to leave my laptop running for 36 hours and my desktop with no mouse at all - just to see if the issue may be my computer - FYI Ive been in IT for over 20 years, its not my computer. So i reinstalled everything, and it went right back to the issue. Then they told me they would need me to record a video of me using the mouse on a website that registered double clicks - supposedly because even though theres 100s of people online with the same exact issue - they didnt believe me. I told them nope, not doing that. I already spent hours (literally 3+ hours) dealing with this broken POS - It appears they just want to try and discourage you as best as possible from returning the broken mouse. Instead of sending me a new replacement immediately (Like Amazon did), I now have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for my replacement, in the meantime I have no mouse so I was forced to purchase a back up mouse which means I dont have the right type of mouse for the work that I do or the games I play - so looks like I wont be playing any games for the next month and work is just hell now dealing with the cheap mouse replacement. So the mouse was fantastic while it worked, but for $150 + cost of backup 2nd mouse + 3 hours time to deal with customer service + loss of productivity etc.. I figure that this mouse cost me upwards of $350 just in time etc.. I can no longer recommend this to anyone. If you do buy this, dont wait until the return period is up on Amazon to return it. Return it the first time you have a problem, and dont sell your old mouse - you are going to need it in the future.

> 3 dayThe mouse feels in the hand really well, although I havent tried other mice in the same category and price range. The only downside is the software experience. The Logitech software lacks customization and you have to google and learn how to avoid the fact that every mouse and keyboard (yes, it adds a virtual keyboard in the device admin console) on your list of devices can turn on your PC. Otherwise, you put your PC to sleep for example, and anything, any small bump to your table makes the mouse wake up the computer. It also takes some configuration to make something as simple as stopping the mouse from glowing when you have the PC turned off. I sleep next to my PC and it can light up the whole room. To me, even if the mouse feels amazing, it has incredible battery life and good latency, the fact that it costs like 80 bucks (on sale), and the software at this point, many years after the original launch stills have that many bugs, even though people have been complaining about them for years, is incredible. Only buy it if you cant find another mouse that feels great for the same price. I cant recommend a brand like Logitech if they launch an expensive mouse like this one and it takes years to fix common software issues. I have a keyboard from them, and is the same thing, too expensive while having a software issue that is a game changer for me. Im avoiding Logitech from now on, as a daily driver of two 100+ peripherals from them.

> 3 dayI bought this mouse along with the charging pad over 2 years ago. It has worked perfectly. Haven’t had any issues at all. It is really comfortable to handle as well. There are 3 buttons on the left side that are fully customizable. You can edit this in the software app that comes with the mouse. There additional buttons on the top too. I use this mouse for gaming and it’s been great.

Greater than one weekI love the size of the mouse, and the design. It feels great to play games or work with. The additional buttons for macros are extremely useful for efficient workflow, however, the battery lifespan is concerning. I used this mouse everyday for about a year, work from home and game at night, and the battery has deteriorated drastically. Won’t hold a charge for an extended period now. Also seeing some double-clicking issues with the right click while gaming - not ideal for FPS games at all. Overall, nice mouse but the cost is too much for something that won’t last past a year.

Greater than one weekI have owned every MX mouse Logitech has put out and have been very happy with them. I did want to try the extra buttons and programming available from this mouse. The custom programming is pretty good, Im able to do some things like Id hoped to, and the macros are great. I dont use this for gaming though. The overall feel of the mouse is cheap. The mouse wheel is the worst Ive ever seen on any mouse at any price, inaccurate, rough and its just bad. Considering other brands are half the price, this was a let down. The weights are a cool idea, even though its been dropped in the newer and plus versions. I bought this refurbished and saved a bit and if not for that I would definitely return it and make do with my MX Masters. If logitech could simple refine the software across all products, and give us the same quality of the MX series with the programming of this one, it would be something Id buy. If youre expecting the quality feel of the MX series, this aint it.

> 3 daySo I have both the wired and wireless version of this mouse and I love it. Its comfortable to hold and adding the weights gave it just enough to where its easier for me to aim. The Wireless G502 also mixes well with the Powerplay pad basicly eliminates the battery issues.
