    Greater than one week

Well, the cable that was included does not fit into the mouse. Maybe its intended for the charging pad... Im updating this review to 4 stars, mouse works fine and somehow the wrong cable was included (the included cable was for a different Logitech mouse). I called support and after sending a couple pictures they shipped the correct cable out. Mouse wise its great, especially the additional button options which get intuitive pretty quickly (such as the sensitivity buttons).

I have owned every MX mouse Logitech has put out and have been very happy with them. I did want to try the extra buttons and programming available from this mouse. The custom programming is pretty good, Im able to do some things like Id hoped to, and the macros are great. I dont use this for gaming though. The overall feel of the mouse is cheap. The mouse wheel is the worst Ive ever seen on any mouse at any price, inaccurate, rough and its just bad. Considering other brands are half the price, this was a let down. The weights are a cool idea, even though its been dropped in the newer and plus versions. I bought this refurbished and saved a bit and if not for that I would definitely return it and make do with my MX Masters. If logitech could simple refine the software across all products, and give us the same quality of the MX series with the programming of this one, it would be something Id buy. If youre expecting the quality feel of the MX series, this aint it.

I have been a fan of this mouse shape ever since I got my first wireless G602 several years ago. For the last few years I have been using a wired G502, but I have grown tired of the wire so I finally decided to go back to the wireless mouse. Since Logitech has a wireless version of the mouse I am most familiar with now, it was the only one worth getting. The good: - Overall the shape fits my hand so nicely, it just feels right. It is my favorite mouse profile I have used. - Weight. I like a heavier mouse, and the wireless G502, like the wired version, it comes with a weight kit so you can add more weight if desired. - Scroll wheel, this is honestly one feature that I can not go without any more. As someone who works with code, being able to switch to a free spinning scroll wheel comes in handy and is just an overall great feature. - Profiles and configurable buttons, but what mouse doesnt have this today. The bad: As great as this mouse is, I do find flaws with it. Mostly centered around their software. - G Hub is overly complicated and not user friendly at all. You also can create an account to sign in, but they dont save your custom profiles to your account which makes me fail to see the purpose of having an account. - Timeout. As expected this mouse does have a timeout feature if the mouse isnt used to save battery... But if you turn your PC off, this mode does not work. The mouse will stay in full operational mode. - Wireless Charging. It feels more like a gimmick with their proprietary charger and connector. If they could have integrated wireless Q charging that is everywhere now, it would actually be useful. Overall I really like the mouse and would likely buy it again if I needed another wireless mouse

So the battery life isn’t the greatest but I charge this mouse about every 2 weeks

I was recommended this mouse by a friend who took the time to research office equipment and all I can say this is exactly what I was looking for. Works well with both video games and office work as you can adjust the speed of the cursor whenever you want. It also adds some life to my office setup since it has LED lights that change color every second! I wouldnt worry about battery life either because the mouse automatically turns off after a couple of minutes of not being used. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a mouse that can be used for both work and gaming.

The mouse LOVES to collect animal hair in the sensor. I used to use a Razer Mamba wireless mouse, which never had this problem. I have two cats, they shed as cats tend to do, not terribly but a bit. However, it seems even just the smallest amount of hair and this mouse goes nuts. It is easy to clean, you can just remove the bottom covering and wipe both the covering and sensor area off and it works fine. But never had this issue with my razer mouse, it just didnt pick up hair like this one does. When hair does get caught in the mouse, anytime I pick the mouse up off the mouse pad the cursor goes all over the place. Makes it impossible to use until I remove the bottom panel and clean it. Always seems to happen at the most inopportune times too. Aside from that the mouse works great. Very responsive, feels great in the hand. I like that you can adjust its weight. But the cat hair problem is super annoying. I do not recommend this mouse for pet owners.

This mouse is pretty excellent with the hero sensor. It has some good buttons and clicks but some can be too light as it allows for accidental clicks. The whole most can be reprogram and macrod per your preference by installing their proprietary software. Took me a bit to disable/reprogram the dpi change buttons and program the mouse so that I would not have to have their program open all the time. I did this as there were moments that I would barely high my keyboard and those buttons activate. changing DPI settings while in the middle of a game in a tense moment. The mouse is not as light as some of the mice that have come out lately. It sits over 100 grams and includes weights to make it heavier. They say you can tailor to adjust the feel of the mouse but the weight locations on the mouse are centralized which make it either just seem heavy or lighter. The size of the mouse ok. I tend to have large hands and find this mouse to be too narrow. This could be better suited for smaller hands or if you like a narrow mouse. Im coming from a G9 Laser and was really happy with that mouse as you could change out a plastic chassis to be a bit wider which helped my hands on the mouse. I also use the MX Master for work and would rather have that width for a gaming mouse with this hero sensor. Mouse outputs at 1k Hz which you can definitely tell the difference if you came from anything 500hz or lower (G9 was a 500Hz polling rate). Battery life is decent. I can get a good gaming session in a day. Plug my mouse in over night to charge to be ready for the next. It is nice to not have a cord as that can add a perceived weight to the mouse due to the friction and pull on how you route the wire. Overall this is a decent mouse. Just wish it was wider or if they implemented the same system as the G9 Laser which allowed you to put a different style chassis on it to fit different peoples hands better.

Love it. Exactly what I wanted with a few extra buttons. Also bought the wireless charging pad. Amazing. Highly recommend getting both if can afford it.

these mice arntnas reliable as they use to be and wear out easily. I often find the clicker starts going bad right after the warnty is up. they are incrediblely anoying to repair your self and requires removal of the foot pads that you then can not find official replacements for.

The left mouse button makes quite a bit of noise. Its definitely noticeable. You wont be able to use this if somebody else is sleeping. However, if noise is not an issue, this is truly a fantastic mouse in every category.
