This is my first “serious” smart home upgrade, and installing these switches was a breeze. It took 2 minutes to set up and edit the dimming range. I recommend watching the installation video on their support page. It breaks down the entire installation, setup, and customization process to a few easy steps.

I have no issues with the Lutron switch, remote, etc. I have a lot of these installed in various parts of my house. My reason for giving a 2 star rating here is that the image for the item includes a wall plate for the dimmer switch but the actual item that was shipped does not include a wall plate.

The setup was pretty easy, but I was getting ghosting and dim lights on my LEDs. Turns out, by design, a little voltage runs down the circuit in order to power the wireless part. It took me a lot of time troubleshooting and some holes in my walls and floors to figure out what that was. Im a bit salty. I ended up moving the switch to another circuit and using a non-wireless one for the circuit I had it on .

Tried different bulbs, and still the brightness just changes or flashes on its own.

We ordered this kit to replace a double light switch, and this was perfect. My husband was able to install these easily. The main switch went on our main light, and then the second switch was capped off and we placed the remote on the wall in that location to act as a second switch. The switches connect seamlessly to our Apple Home kit.

Best switches on the market if you don’t have neutral wires at the switch. They’re expensive, but work great and have good support. Works great with my Google home.

I bought this to extend my Lutron home automation, and I want even more. I used this to turn a single pole lighted area in my basement to a three way controlled light without having to re-wire anything. If you have the Lutron hub, you have to buy more of these kits.

While this is the same price as the retail version it does not contain a wall plate. The dimmer is relatively easy to install and setup. The convenience factor with the switches is huge. You can easily automate and dim multi-bulb outdoor lights without the hassle or expense of buying individual smart bulbs. I also like the extended dimming range compared to something like the non-smart CL slider dimmer switch.

Love all my Lutron Caseta devices. The work flawlessly with my home automation and their customer service it amazing.
