> 3 dayFalse advertising! This item does not work as a smart device out of the box, you also have to purchase the bridge sold separately. Remote works switch works, easy enough install, no ground or neutral wires required. Just check the fine print.

> 3 dayWe got these for the kitchen and bedroom, they are so great. Now when we arrive home with our hands full or trying to get out of bed in the dark - Alexa can help turn on the lights. I needed more in other rooms, I would have never thought I needed this but now I cant live without them.

> 3 dayIt set up and worked immediately with no problems. I am using it on an EnviroLite 4.33 ft. 6-Light White integrated LED Track Lighting Kit with Adjustable Bar and 6-Rotating Track Heads. We liked the dimmer and the light so well we purchased a second dimmer and track light.

> 3 dayI put these in each of my bedrooms and my kitchen. Love the convenience of having the remote to dim or turn off the lights. I love them so much I brought more for a client who just purchased a home.

> 3 dayI installed Caseta throughout the home of my friend, who suffers terribly with Parkinsons disease. Going around the house to shut off lights was both dangerous and time consuming for her. Now, for around 400 bucks, shes able to control every light in her home with the touch of her finger on her app or pico remote. Caseta is easy to install, easy to program, dims gracefully and, in my friends case, a life changing product. Keep up the good work Lutron!

> 3 dayOK its a dimmer switch. Duh. I bought it as a dimmer switch using a remote but now I never use the remote. I just use Alexa to turn lights on and off and what level of light I want. As dumb as it sounds, its kinda addictive now. I never reach for the remote. I am not crazy about how to use the buttons manually. I wish it was more intuitive without looking at the buttons every time. But I dont touch them manually most of the time using Alexa instead. Also I feel that the most dimmest settings arent low enough with LED bulbs. I wish they could be dimmer but it may be more how LEDs work than the switch itself. It does dim them though. It does take a bit of patience to get the integration with their app and your Wifi. It needs Wifi to work with Alexa but the remote control doesnt. My one knock is its not cheap if you are putting in several of these. And some people may want an electrician to install it. But I use it every day.

> 3 dayI have several of these around my place, rock solid integration with Apple HomeKit. If you are comfortable with basic wiring, this is the best way to bring smarts to your home.

> 3 dayI purchased cheap versions of the Lutron switches because I wanted to make my light system smart but not at the high prices Lutron charges. Boy, was that a mistake. I ran into numerous issues ranging from poor hardware quality, to software compatibility issues, etc. Lutrons not cheap but you get what you pay for. Every switch works quickly and flawlessly and the app is simple to use and is fast. Dont waste your money on cheap knock-offs. These are quality switches with an app that Lutron updates regularly so you wont be stranded with a bunch of bricked switches from the cheap guys. I had to learn this lesson the hard way.
