> 3 dayHave several of these throughout the house now. The use of the dimmer with the phone is phenomenal, as well as the programmable settings.

> 3 dayI first saw this product used on Ask This Old House. We had a place where we really needed a 3 way light, but this wasnt done when the house was built. To make the 2 way into a 3 way in a finished house can be done, but it is neither simple or cheap. Using the Lutron base unit and Pico remote let me put in the 3 way circuit in about 1 hour for the price of the unit. A great solution to a common problem.

Greater than one weekOK its a dimmer switch. Duh. I bought it as a dimmer switch using a remote but now I never use the remote. I just use Alexa to turn lights on and off and what level of light I want. As dumb as it sounds, its kinda addictive now. I never reach for the remote. I am not crazy about how to use the buttons manually. I wish it was more intuitive without looking at the buttons every time. But I dont touch them manually most of the time using Alexa instead. Also I feel that the most dimmest settings arent low enough with LED bulbs. I wish they could be dimmer but it may be more how LEDs work than the switch itself. It does dim them though. It does take a bit of patience to get the integration with their app and your Wifi. It needs Wifi to work with Alexa but the remote control doesnt. My one knock is its not cheap if you are putting in several of these. And some people may want an electrician to install it. But I use it every day.

> 3 daymy house is full of these things....they are addicting and once you get a couple, you find more and more reasons to replace more switches.....I use HomeKit, they are so easy to install. My only complaint is that the mother switches dont have a favorite button like the $14 remotes. These are awsome and if you are like me and have 3 and 4 ways switches....so simple....you only wire 1 switch and use wall mounted pico remotes as the other locations with no wiring! I picked the least used location to intall the mother switch...that way the more used switches had a favorite button. In response to a few complaints Ive seen....it you buy the right bulbs you wont have the problem of them not turning off all the way. No you dont have to buy expensive bulbs....Im using the feits from Costco....work beautifly. To those complaining about the need for a hub....the advantages are many...makes switches simple to set up and takes the load off your router....dont buy these if you only want one or 2 switches, cheaper if you buy a starter kit....the hub is a very small price if you are serious about smartening up your house but for a couple switches...just get a independent wifi switch and fight through all the kludgy set up and difficult wiring. Dont buy the on/off switches by lutron unless your lights dont support diming at all....the dimmer is no more expensive and the on/offs are more complicated to install as they require a neutral. Im ripping out my wemo and meross on/offs, they work most of the time and were a total pain to install, replacing with the caseta dimmer....

> 3 dayIve bought four of these light switches i like them so much. The pico remote making it a two way switch was a great bonus for adding on/off capability to my front room light. The one i installed in my bedroom with my new recessed lights was an excellent addition. The downside is if you use the switch to turn the lights on, you get full power. 100% ON! The remote has a favorites button to turn the lights on at a lower power. Why this wasnt included on the switch is a mystery. Still wasnt a deal killer.

> 3 dayIm putting these into a second home. I have 8 of them in so far. They set up very easily. Just beware of the range. They have to be in 30 ft of the hub to work. You can add one range extended (yes, only one) to double the range to a max of 60 ft, which should be more than enough for most houses. If yours is bigger, I suppose you could afford to hire someone to turn your lights on for you!
