03-06-2025If you want to add another switch for an existing light and dont want to spend so much on electrical work (adding wirings on the wall, etc), this is the answer. We just installed one and it works great.

> 3 dayFound out the hard way that every time you turn the lights on they go to the brightest setting. This means if you want your lights to always be set to 75% there is no way to do so, you need to manually reduce the brightness each time. Bummer, time to find another model

> 3 dayThis system is so quick and easy to install it is incredible! I just installed my 6th one in the house and every install has been painless Having an older house it is kind of tuff not having a neutral wire when trying to update things but you can get the switches with or without a neutral wire. Pairing both the Pico and with the app is so easy. You literally just hold a button for 10 seconds and BAM! Paired. Alexa also automatically pairs after you have it added in the app. Another plus is Lowes carries these so if I needed one right away or a wall mount for a Pico or something I could run right down the street and pick one up. Only minus is it is more expensive than most other smart switches and you have to buy the bridge if you want to use the app but with my experience so far the price is totally worth it.

> 3 dayIve bought four of these light switches i like them so much. The pico remote making it a two way switch was a great bonus for adding on/off capability to my front room light. The one i installed in my bedroom with my new recessed lights was an excellent addition. The downside is if you use the switch to turn the lights on, you get full power. 100% ON! The remote has a favorites button to turn the lights on at a lower power. Why this wasnt included on the switch is a mystery. Still wasnt a deal killer.

> 3 dayImportant to read the description - which is if you want to control this with alexa, you need the lutron bridge. I thought that Echo was enough (or at least the hue bridge) to control it. However, you need the lutron bridge. For me, I have a ceiling light that has 15 bulbs, changing each of those bulbs with a smart bulb is too much work, so I went with the dimmer switch. - I have an old house, so only two wires and no ground present, this was still easy to install - I called the lutron 800 number to make sure my 2 wires didnt need to be plugged in any order, they answered right away and answered confidently Overall, easy replacement to control an otherwise extremely bright light fixture (since mine had 15 LED bulbs). Im overall satisfied since all these other dimmers required a neutral line, of which my old house and wiring system does not have
