> 24 hourIm new to longboarding and Ive only had it for a week now but so far so good. At 220 pounds I was a bit worried about it holding my weight but it seems to be fine, no real flex in the board. A few skater friends said the bushings seemed a bit loose and when I tried to tighten them they popped out from under the washers, so I bought some yellow Nipple bushings and they seem to be fine. Ill update as I use the board more. Edit: 7/30/2017 Im down to 197 lbs and loving this board. Still keeping the 5 stars but its worth noting the trucks need to be tightened down a lot when you get it. I skated for a month before I realized my mistake and you can feel the difference. Also if the board gets wet youre going to need to re-tighten things when it dries.

> 24 hourI bought this board for casual use and it adds a lot of fun to my dog-walking activity. So pushing around on a flat surface for approximately 5 miles a day. I love everything about the design. For me, the board has a perfect weight, nice flex, smooth ride, and overall excellent performance, but after only two weeks of riding the deck developed several long cracks. Given I am 210lbs, but I only use it to go straight on a flat surface of Illinois flatlands. Rolling down a small hill at approximately 10 mph was the craziest thing I did on this board. Very sad, because if not for the aforementioned flaws this is a really great board. Given the amount of 5-star reviews I am willing to give it a benefit of a doubt, maybe I got a lemon. Update: Ive reached out to Magnetostore and within minutes got a response. They requested some pictures of the damage and got back to me the next day saying that the replacement board is being shipped the same day. The replacement board arrived by FedEx in less than a week, even though Ive only asked for the deck to be replaced Magnetostore sent me the entire new board. Given the speed and quality of the customer service Ive received, I believe a 5-star review is in order.

> 24 hourUpdate (5/21/17) After a month of using this board, I really feel like its the best cruising board I have. Its really stable and it grabs my feet well. I can go over some pretty big cracks and bumps without it suddenly changing direction (which is really important because I ride with my right foot towards the back) The stock wheels and bearing are still smooth. Occasionally, I have to tighten the truck mounting screws. Magneto Bamboo Longboard (not the carbon one) This is a great board for cruising around trails and exploring the town. Its rock solid, not too bouncy, and very very stable while providing a decently tight turn radius. It gives a bit if you bounce one it - but my 180lbs doesnt bend it more than an inch. It feels nearly unbreakable. I dont think Ill be replacing the trucks/wheels with anything, the stock ones are very very nice. Im impressed at the quality of this board -- its beautiful to look at and it rides like a cloud. If I turn the board hard, the turning radius doesnt allow me to completely do a u-turn on my residential USA street...Its close, but I always end up in the shoulder and in the grass.

> 24 hourThe stability of being level with the axel vs. being over it creates a much smother ride as well as being more stable beneath your feet. The wide deck offers lager footed persons, such as myself, an excellent platform. As well as contributing to the surf-like carving created by the set-up. The wheels and bearings are almost cloud like. Im amazed at some of the stuff I can just roll over instead of being a victim of inertia. Overall this is an excellent buy. Especially for the price. My only critique would be that the bushings are a bit too soft. However $11 gets you a set of 100a bushings on here. So its an easy fix.

> 24 hourI was looking for a board that could handle my weight and be stable as I havent been on a board in 13 years and about 50 pounds (and even back then I was an amateur). Since getting it I have been able to practice and I am slowly getting better at it. Great wheels for the very screwed up roads around my area. Easy to adjust everything. Very stable and easy to get the hang of. I highly recommend

> 24 hourThis is the first time I am trying a bamboo drop-through, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed by what Magneto put together. The sleek look is not the only thing. The hardware right out of the box feels sturdy with high quality components without any inkling of cheapness found from one end of the board to the other. After a minimal amount of tightening of the wheels and baseplate, I took it out for a test spin. Maybe Im just used to stiff boards, but the first thing I noticed was the generous amount of flex the board allows as well as the buttery smooth handling of the trucks - giving a very comfortable and responsive ride. I think Im in love. I cant stop smiling when cruising and carving on this thing. Looking forward to many more miles with it.

> 24 hourGreat board for looks and functionality. Allows you to go long distances comfortably (longest I have gone is 10 miles in one ride) AND allowed for easy control on big long or steep hills. I did have to get the stock bearings replaced, with just a cheap 15-20$ upgrade and you turn a good board into a GREAT board. I bought this board for $140 and it has stood up to the test of time very well, however I dont give it 5 stars due to the bearings needing to be replaced (due to my own negligence of not cleaning, but there is a drastic change regardless) and also because there are other boards I have found for $50 cheaper that are much higher quality made and smoother than this board. But- if you want a casual and decent board that looks good rather than a great board that looks average, then this is the right board for you.

> 24 hourThis longboard is super easy to ride! Maybe that is just the nature of longboards, but I am a true beginner and I found it very easy to push and turn the board. PROS: - Riding on rough asphalt is nice and smooth. You can still pick up speed pretty easily and the wheels absorb a lot of the shock from the road. - The grip on the deck is good and not too grabby. - The design of the board is top notch. - The bearings seem to be pretty good. CONS: - The trucks are really loose out of the box. I tightened them and they still have a lot of play in them. I’ll try tightening them all the way and see if that helps. - The kicks are relatively small. If you are new to longboards(like me), it will seem like you need a good amount of force to kick the board up. Definitely not as easy as a regular skateboard. All in all, this is a pretty good board for a beginner. You will automatically feel confident after hopping on the board for the first time and rolling without falling off the board. On a side note the deck has plenty of flex. I’m 215lbs and get a lot of flex from the deck. My daughter is about 75lbs and only gets a little flex from the board. But it is probably still enough flex to carve effectively. Final evaluation: The board is worth buying. You’ll be pleased.

> 24 hourThis is the first board I’ve owned, and I’m in love. For the past few days, I’ve been using it to get around my college campus, so it’s saved me a lot of time. Plus, I look cool. :) I literally had the thing for five seconds—I had just taken it out of its box and started to take it home when I got my first “Nice board.” The look of it is very beautiful and minimalist, not overly fussy like other skateboard designs. It rides like a cloud. I’m not professional, but it gets me where I need to be quickly, so that’s good enough for me. I can’t wait to start learning tricks on it. I’ve been watching longboard dancing videos for years wanting to imitate the skaters, but I wasn’t able to because of the shape of my brother’s board. Now I have no excuses—time to learn! One thing I will say, which you’ve probably already guessed, is that it’s quite cumbersome, so you can’t take it everywhere. It’s awkward taking it around crowded classrooms and cafeterias, but that can be overlooked. Just looking at Crownboards and Pepper Boards, I feed the Magneto dancer has just as much to offer at an infinitely lower price. I’m proud to recommend it.
